I was at the jewelry store with Brittany looking for promise rings for Bri.

We've been talking for a while now and I think it's time to show her I'm serious with her

"Whatchu thinking?" Britt asked me

"You see that one in the top right corner?"

"Yeah"

It was a nice sized rose gold diamond surrounded by smaller diamonds

"Yo let me take a look at this one"

"That's one of our more expensive smaller rings... Good for a commitment"

The jeweler took it out of the case and I knew it was the one

"How much?"

"1.7k"

"Bet, Ima look around a lil more but I know for a fact I want it"

I went and looked at the necklaces

"Is there a necklace that matches that?"

"Yes Sir there is, would you like to see it?"

"Yeah"

The same jeweler grabbed it

"Lemme get that too"

"There's also a bracelet"

"Whatever go with that Ima need it please"

Brittany was standing back looking shocked

"Why you looking like that?"

"I'm just surprised that's all"

I handed her my card

"Go get her some other stuff , ion know how to shop for stuff like that"

The jeweler came back to the counter

"Was that your girlfriend?"

"No that's my girlfriends twin sister"

"She's a very lucky girl"

"Can I get 8 of those Cubans?"

"I need 3 a lil smaller for three kids"

I stood back and pulled out my phone waiting for her to come back

I called BJ to make sure everything was going as planned

"Yeah I'm bouta go pick her up from the nail salon now"

"Alright ima be leaving this jewelry store soon bro"

The lady came back and asked was I ready to go

"Can I get the one rose gold set in a gift bag together, then the rest in their own gift bags?"

I stood there thinking about getting me some new ice too
