thirty five minutes later and my dad still hadn't come back with lunch yet. i had lost my appetite by then so i decided to text him

ah yes. a day to myself in a hotel. did i mention to MYSELF
i decided to take a bath and read a book, harry potter. probably my fourth time reading the series. i'm a sucker for them.
i filled the bath with warm water and bubbles, and got my book out
after about an hour of reading and relaxing, i ordered room service
i put on an oversized tee and some nike pros
knock knock
"food for the corbetts" i heard a voice through the door
i quickly wrapped my wet hair in a towel and opened the door
"thank you" i smiled
i headed back to my bed and opened up the platter. it looked so good so i posted it on my snap story
