While I was standing in line to serve myself, a girl came up to me.
"Hey" she said to me quickly
"uhm hey?" I replied, confused why she was talking to me in the first place
She laughed and pointed towards the food, "It can't serve itself!"
*face palm Ev part two*
"Oh sorry, I'm not having a good evening. I'm exhausted and I couldn't even take a nap because some boys were making so much noise above me" I said while I scooped some odd smelling spaghetti onto my plate that looked half clean. I don't even know why I told her this, without Hayley to talk to, I was losing my mind.
She laughed "Were they rude to you? Because I think I know who it was"
"Kind of, I was just trying to nap"
"Well are you eating alone?" she asked me looking very concerned
"Yeah, my family went out to eat but I didn't want to"
"Come eat with us," she said pointing back at her friends who smiled and waved, "My name's Hannah by the way!"
I walked over to sit down with her and her friends at a table. I sat on the couch side with Hanna on one side of me and her two friends on the other.
"So you said a group of guys were annoying you today...." she asked nervously
"Yeah" I replied awkwardly.
She looked the other way probably to stop the awkwardness.
I checked my phone to break the tension and saw a notification from my mom...
