Three years later...

Anna's POV

Breaking news... Known gang member and convicted murderer, Harry Edward Styles has been found not guilty for his recent crimes. He will be released from prison today, along with his accomplice Liam James Payne.

"Baby is everything alright?"

My fiancé asks, snapping me out of my daze

"Yeah I'm fine, I just can't believe they are letting those monsters go" I say, sighing afterwards.

he laughs "well their not really monsters Anna, come on now some people deserve the benefit of the doubt"

I take a deep breath "not these guys Ben"

He furrows his eyebrows "since when have you cared about what happens to criminals?"

"I don't, I just... I don't know"

he bends down and kisses me on the lips "I love you, I have to go to work. See you for dinner?" He asks, wiggling his eyebrows "and maybe desert after?"

I laugh and kiss him back "no promises mister police officer, you never know how late you might be"

Ben smiles and leaves our house, without replying.

Does he know about my past? no, no he doesn't. when I got on that plane And left London, I wanted to leave everything and just start over. I didn't want to worry about Harry finding me, I knew he couldn't. But now, that he's out of prison... worrying is all I can do. Sure Ben is a cop and I feel safe with him, but if Harry finds me there is nothing Ben or anyone else can do. And that scares the shit out of me.

Maybe I should just tell Ben everything, just let him know so he can order protection or something. Yeah that's what I'll do, I'll tell him tonight.

I'm cooking dinner when I hear a loud noise from outside and I immediately start to panic. He found me, he found me already... he knew where I was this entire time. I grab a knife and start to tip toe across the kitchen to the front door. I move the side curtains and slowly look out. That's when the door opens, I jump and scream a little

"Anna? Anna what's wrong?! where are you?"

my heart instantly begins to calm down, its Ben "I'm right here" I say, coming out from behind the door.

He grabs me and pulls me into a hug "what the hell Anna, why were you screaming?"

I lay my head on his shoulder "you just scared me, I didn't think you'd be home this early"

he chuckles and says "surprise" I pull away and bat at his chest, playfully.

"not funny" I say as I  start to walk back to the kitchen, hiding the smile on my face

"so I saw something at work today" Ben says from behind me.

I look at him "oh yeah, what was it?"

He holds up a piece of paper "I was hoping you could tell me"

Missing person: Annabella Marie Payne
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Hight: 5' 4"
Weight: 110
Hair: Blonde
Eyes: Blue

If you find Annabella or have any information about her whereabouts, please contact the police immediately.

As I read the flyer my entire world stops, time froze. Ben was talking to me but I couldn't hear him. I just kept looking at the flyer, reading it over and over.

"Anna talk to me!" I snap out of it when Ben raises his voice "tell me what this is" he yells

I shake my head "I didn't want to tell you-"

He cuts me off "obviously! Christ Anna, your a missing person?"

"no I'm not-" he takes the flyer out of my hands, once again cutting off my sentence.

"Well this says different"

A tear escapes my eyes and I sink down onto the kitchen floor "h-he's trying to find m-me" I cry

Ben bends down and hovers over me "of coarse he is, I already called. Your brother is on his way here right now. He was so happy, you should have heard him."

Liam's POV

"Thank you so much!" I yell, happily, into the phone.

found her, we fucking found her. I can't believe it.

"HARRY!" I literally scream his name, he's going to flip his shìt.

I hear him running down the stairs, and a smile spreads across my face.

"WHAT!? WHATS WRONG?!" He yells.

I look over at him and see he's holding his gun. I groan, that's not exactly the reaction I was hoping for.

"calm down mate, it's good news" I say, taking the gun from him

"bloody hell Liam" he sighs and sits down, running a hand through his hair

I chuckle  "I'm glad you sat down-"

"fuck! will you just tell me what's going on!"

I smile "we found her"

he furrows his eyebrows "found who and you better not be screwing with me"

I chuckle "we found my sister, she's in America"
