Taehyung panted as he knocked on jungkook's door, eyes leaking tears.

"Jungkook! Open the door!" He shouted but got no response

"I-i'm so sorry, I don't want you to leave from my life! I was just trying to ignore that I love you!" Taehyung cried, his tired and weak hands softly banging on the wooden door.

"I'm sorry" he whispered, tired of shouting, tired of himself

"What are you doing here, taehyung? Jungkook is in the cafe near us with Lisa" namjoon said and taehyung snapped his head towards namjoon who was passing by the garage to take his belongings

"Wh-where is the cafe?" Taehyung asked in a desperate voice, startling namjoon

"Take a left and it's right in front" namjoon said and taehyung nodded, sniffling before running towards the direction.

Yes, his heart hurts that jungkook's with Lisa but he called it upon himself.

He halted as he saw jungkook sitting with Lisa, jungkook's bandages covered hands in Lisa's as his doe eyes were leaking tears.

Taehyung's heart crumpled, it did everytime jungkook cried or was with someone else rather than him but he ignored it.

But not anymore

He rushed inside the cafe, heart thumping inside his chest

He briskly walked towards the two.

"J-jungkook, can I talk to you?" Taehyung breathed out and the boy looked up at taehyung

Taehyung bit his lip to not cry for now, seeing jungkook's tired eyes which held stars before for him

"Taehyung? What is left to talk now?" Jungkook scoffed

"Please, for a minute or two?" Taehyung begged and jungkook looked at Lisa who smiled at him

"Go" she mouthed and jungkook sighed before standing up and walking out with taehyung

"What is it?" Jungkook asked, crossing his hands over his chest

"I-i know that I told you to leave from my life, b-but that's not what I really want. I have loved you for so long too, when you gave me the rose, when you looked at me with stars in your eyes, when you made love with me, I loved everything we did together. I was pushing you away but I don't want to run away from you anymore, I'm tired of doing so, I am tired of pushing you away, ignoring my love for you, I don't want you to leave from my life! Because I love you! I-i love you jungkook, so much" taehyung sobbed, tears flooding out of his eyes.

And when he looked at jungkook, his heart crumpled that the boy did not even give him an expression that showed what he was feeling

"Are you done?" His sharp words pierced through taehyung's ears to his heart

"If you are, can I leave?" Jungkook asked before turning to leave.

Taehyung saw jungkook's figure walking away from him, ready to enter the cafe.

His eyes flooded with tears as his hands turned into fists, his heart shaking inside his chest for what he's about to speak

"I was scared to fall in love again!" He yelled which halted jungkook as he looked at taehyung

Taehyung was shaking now

"I-i was scared to fall in love again because I lost a person I loved. Minho,  I have been in a relationship with him for 5 years but he was met with an accident, I was scared to fall in love again, scared that if I will fall in love again, I would lose my love again. I was scared to lose you, I was scared to fall in love with you, but-but I can't see you leave from my life, t-that's close to losing you and I can take the risk to fall in love again but I can't risk losing you. I-i was angry at myself that I was replacing minho with you but then I realized that I wasn't replacing you but i was giving you a place in my heart bigger than what i had for minho. I am still scared to love you but I am more scared to lose you. But I c-can try, and I know I will succeed and give you love the way you want" taehyung was shuddering as he spoke, his legs turned into jelly

Jungkook walked towards taehyung and held the back of his neck, pulling him into a hug

"Let's go home first, you are shaking"
