Chapter 17| Noah is dead
After a week the doctor called dad and told him that Noah is not fine
"Mr Louis, your son became tired and he is in the ICU now" Said the doctor
"Omg! I will come now" Dad said
"What happened dad?" I asked
"Noah is in the ICU, I will go now" Dad said
"We will come with you!" Mom said
We went there and I called Dila to tell her
"Dila-" I said
"Camila, why is your voice worried?" She said
"Noah is in the ICU, we don't know what happened to him" I replied
"I will come with Kevin now, be with them, they need you" She said
The call ended, then we arrived
"Where is Noah? What happened to him?" Mom asked the doctor
"Noah's respiratory rate decreased, I am sorry to say that-" The doctor said
"To say what?" Dad asked
"Noah is in coma" The doctor said
"What!!!" Mom screamed and started to cry
"Calm down mom, he will be fine" I said
"Can we see him?" Dad asked
"Unfortunately you can't, things will take time" The doctor said
"Thank you doctor" I said
Dad sat down on the bench and mom was crying, after a while Dila and Kevin came
"What happened?" Dila asked
"I can't talk here, we must go out to tell you what happened" I whispered
We got out
"The doctor told us that Noah's respiratory rate decreased and he is in a coma" I said
"Oh my God! He was fine the last week!" Dila said
"I don't know what is happening!" I said
"Camila, they need you a lot, be strong and try to face these problems, we will always be with you" Kevin said
"I am trying to be strong like I always used to, but this problem has no end, and I can't handle all this" I said
"Noah will be fine don't worry, we must be strong enough to end this" Dila said
"I will go and sit with them" Kevin said
"I just want Noah to live a normal life like us, why did he choose to be addicted to drugs!" I said
"He did not choose, his friends forced him to, I am sure of that" Dila replied
"I still have hope that he will be okay, even if people are not believing" I said
