Chapter 4| I saw a kidnapped woman
One day I was on my way to home after school, I used to go home alone in my preparatory stage. While I was walking, I heard a woman trying to scream, I didn't pay attention and continued walking. I reached home and didn't tell anyone about what I have heard, I was sitting alone and regretted not helping that woman, I had the ability to help her but I did not! I decided to go to the same place where I heard the screaming, I remembered the place and entered a dark wrecked shop where I saw a woman with a plaster on her mouth and a piece of cloth on her eyes, I was going to her but suddenly I saw three dangerous men holding guns and knives and was threatening this innocent woman.
I didn't know what to do as I wanted to help her but I didn't want to be hurt from those men. While I was thinking a perfect idea came to me! The idea is to write a letter and leave it on the floor then knock on the door, I wrote a threatening letter that the police is coming to arrest them and I knocked on the door and hid behind a wall, I was monitoring them and saw someone opening the door, he took the letter and read it, after about five minutes I saw the three men got out quickly with their guns and locked the door, when I was sure that they left I went to her and tried to break the door but I couldn't so I tried to jump from the window, it was not easy at all but action films controlled me ya 😂😂, thanks God I jumped from the window and entered that wrecked dark shop and I found that woman senseless!
"What can I do! Lord help me please!" Saying to myself and regretting helping this woman
I did as everybody can do and I called the ambulance, after 15 minutes they came and took her to the nearest hospital and they wanted me to come with them.
"You are the daughter of this woman, right?" Asked the doctor
I did not know what to say but I had to say the truth
"No, I heard this woman trying to scream in a dark wrecked shop, she was kidnapped" I answered confidently
"Tell me more about this accident, we must tell the police about that crime" The doctor replied
"But I'm afraid doctor, those men are dangerous and they can hurt me" I said
"Don't worry, we won't tell anyone about you" He said
"Thank you doctor, I go everyday home from school, but today I heard that woman trying to scream and begging for help, I did not pay attention and went home, to be honest I regretted not helping that woman so I came again to the same place and tired to rescue her, I wrote a threatening letter saying that police is coming and going to arrest them, it was a fake letter from me to force them to leave the place and by that way I can help this innocent woman, and I tried and tried to enter that place as those three men locked the door, I entered from the window and then I saw that woman unconscious" I explained
"Whoa! You did all this!" The doctor was surprised
"Yes, did I do wrong?" I asked
"Of course not! Just I can not understand how did you do all these things and you are so young!" He answered
"I did not do great, I just helped a woman needed my help" I said confidently
"Yeah, I am going to see if she is still unconscious and I will come back" He went to her
I called mom to come, sure I knew that will yell and be angry with me
"Hey mom"
"Darling, where are you?"
"I am at the hospital"
"What!!!"
"I am okay mom, don't you worry, just come to this address and I will you everything"
Mom closed the line and came after about 20 min, the hospital was nearer to my school but was a little bit far from my house
"Camila, what happened?" Mom was worried
"Nothing mom, believe me I am fine" I comforted her
"My dear daughter, is everything okay?" Dad entered
"Yes dad, I will tell you what happened" I said
"The woman is better now" The doctor came
"Oh, thanks God!" I said
"She wants to see you Camila" Said the doctor
"Who is that woman" Asked mom
"Your parents don't know?" The doctor was confused
"No, they don't know" I said
"Go to her and I will tell them" He said
I went to the room where that woman was sitting in, I was a little bit nervous
"Camila, right?" The woman said in a very quiet voice
"Yes" I was very shy
"I'm Michelle" She said
"Nice to know you Michelle!" I said
"You too! But this situation is very weird tho!"
"Yeah, a little bit"
"I want to thank you for your braveness, you are very helpful"
"Ahh, not at all, I did not do anything"
"Tell me anything you want and I will do it"
"How come, I did what everyone else must do"
"Just say, I am very grateful for you, it's a very small thing from me to you and it won't be enough for what you did"
"Bring me what you want, any simple gift from you will make me happy"
"I see! So wait for your gift, I won't be late!"
I got out of the room, the doctor told my parents about what happened, they were proud of me as well! After that we finally went back home
"You did great Camila! I'm really so proud of you" Dad praised me
"Yes dear, but it's dangerous to do something like that, we don't want anything to hurt you" Said mom
"I know, but I saw this poor woman needing help"
The next day the bell rang, a strange man with a very small box in his hands
"I'm Mrs Michelle's assistant this is a humble gift from her to you, take it" Said the man
"Aw, thanks a lot" I said
I closed the door and and opened the gift
"What is the gift?" Asked Noah
"Wow, it's a diamond ring" I became surprised
"So she's a wealthy woman and that's the reason behind kidnapping her" He laughed
"Hahaha" I laughed too!
⭐ Today's question: is Camila wrong to help that woman because that's dangerous or anyone else in the same situation would help her too?
