Incoming phone call

"Hey Shawn"-Alessia
"Hey"-Shawn
"So we got invited to a double date, well it's actually a groups date"-Alessia
"With who?"-Shawn
"My friend is bringing his date, and my other friend is bringing his crush."-
"Okay?"-Shawn
"It's tonight, so you have to get ready?"-Alessia
"Right now?"-Shawn
"Yes, you have an hour"-Alessia
"Ugh fine"-Shawn

Shawn really didn't want to go to this group date. He hates going out with her, he gets annoyed because of how she acts.

"Are you done?"-Alessia
"Yes, do you want to pick you up?"-Shawn
"I'm actually in your front yard, i'll drive tonight, hurry"-Shawn

They arrived at some fair, it was pretty packed.

"Are they here yet?"-Shawn
"I'm asking them right now"-Alessia

"They're sitting in the food area, come on"-Alessia

They walk through the crowds and Alessia spots on of her friends.

"Hey girl"-Alessia
"Hey, i'm glad you guys could make it, this is Isaac"- Chelsea
"Nice to meet you"-Shawn shakes their hand
"Where is Michael at?"-Alessia
"He should be coming right now"-Chelsea
"Oh, okay well should we order for now?"-Alessia
"Sounds good"-Chelsea

They ordered their food and Shawn sat there awkwardly. Until the guy started asking him questions. Finally Alessia's other friend Michael comes.

"Hey sorry I'm late, there was a really bad accident on our way here"-Michael

Shawn looks up, he literally froze. Camila was looking around not realizing Shawn and Alessia were there too.

"Well guys this is Camila,"-Michael

"Hey guy-..."-Camila froze

"You can't be serious"-Alessia gets up
"What?"-Michael
"You brought her?"-Alessia
"What are you talking about?"-Michael

Alessia was about to say something, but Shawn stops her.

"Alessia don't you dare."-Shawn

Shawn looked up at Camila and then at Alessia.

"I'm so confused right now?"-Michael
"Don't worry about it, hey i'm Shawn"-Shawn
"Nice to meet you"-Michael shakes his hand

Camila said hi to the other couple, and sat next to them, but in front of Shawn.

"What do you want to eat?"-Michael looks to his side
"Um, you know how you were talking about nachos, now I want some"-Camila laughs
"Nachos it is"-Michael laughs

He orders their food, and they just wait. Michael was talking to the other couple, while Alessia would glance at Camila every five seconds. Camila felt really uncomfortable,

"Hey do you guys know where the restroom is?"-Camila
"Yeah, it's all the way down there next to the pizza stand"-Chelsea
"Okay thanks, i'll be right back"-Camila

Camila gets up and walks to the restroom, Shawn just stares at her the whole time.

5 minutes later, Camila comes back.

"Number 67,68 and 69 your food is ready"

"I'll get it,"-Shawn gets up
"I'll help"- Isaac gets up

Camila passed by them,

"Hey your food is ready, not sure if Michael heard"-Isaac
"Oh, thanks"-Camila smiles

Camila gets next to Shawn and grabs her tray

"Do you need help?"-Shawn smiles
"Um no I think I got it"-Camila
"You're literally struggling trying to hold everything, hold on"-Shawn

He leaves his food at the table, and goes back to help Camila. Alessia just means mugs Camila.

"Shouldn't your "date" be helping you?"-Shawn 
"Gross, hes's not my date , I'm just doing him a favor. Not that kind of favor, i'll tell you later. Come on you're girlfriend is staring at me like she wants to kill me"-Camila

Thanks for the help"-Camila looks at Michael
"I'm sorry I didn't hear him"-Michael
"Yeah yeah you owe a stuff animal now"-Camila
"Okay"-Michael laughs

They all eat, Camila would only talk to Michael or the other girl. Surprisingly Shawn was talking to everyone, even with Camila.

"Who's ready to get on this rides?"-Michael yells
"Let's do it"-Chelsea

They run toward a big ride, as Camila stared at it her face expression changed. Shawn noticed her face.

"I think I'll pass"-Camila
"Oh i forgot you don't like these kinds of rides, we can go to a different one if you want?"- Michael
"You can go on it, i'll wait here"-Camila smiles
"Are you sure?"-Michael
"Yes, now go before they take your spot."-Camila smiles

They all run towards the entrance, everyone was able to get a seat but Shawn.

"Sorry, you'll have to wait for the next round"-Man
"Oh okay that's fine"-Shawn

"Shawn come on?"-Alessia
"There is no more seats,"-Shawn walks away

Alessia is pissed, literally Shawn is going to be waiting with Camila, while they're on the ride.

"Ugh"-Alessia screams

The ride is about to start.

"You're not getting on the ride?"-Camila confused
"Nah, there were no more seats"-Shawn
"Oh, okay"-Camila
"Yeah, thank god though, I really didn't want to get on it"-Shawn
"No way Shawn Mendes is scared of rides?"-Camila
"Shh its a secret"-Shawn whispers
"Omg no way"-Camila laughs

Shawn smiled, when he saw her laugh.He misses her laugh, he misses making her laugh in general.

"You know this ride is so long"-Shawn
"Really??"-Camila
"Yeah, I believe it's more than 5 minutes"-Shawn
"Yeah, no thank you"-Camila looks at the ride

It gets quiet, 3 minutes passed.

"Hey do you want to play that basketball game while we wait for them?"-Shawn

Camila looks at him, looks at the ride then back to him.

"Yeah sure why not"-Camila smiles

Alessia was all the way up in the ride, she's looking for Shawn but doesn't see him, neither does Camila.

They both disappeared, she's furious.
