"do you have to go y/n," lampwick asked me sweetly as we sat under his little boat watching the sunset below the sea
"I have to, I'm sorry honey" I smiled stroking his cheek "I have to be back by sundown you know that, any later he'll lock me out"
"So what? you can stay with me tonight?" He offers
"and go home tomorrow morning covered in sand and hikis again, you trying to get me killed lampwick?" I told him
"then live with me? I have some stuff saved up the butcher owes me a favour, we went in together we could get the little place above the butcher shop?"
"Lampwick honey, you know I would stay with you if I could" I smiled giving him a kiss
"Alright, go on get home darling" He smiles giving me a kiss and I quickly got my bag and ran off back home
I sighed sitting on my bed nursing my little wounds, my father saw the sand on my dress and figured out I was out with lampwick and well... I had barricaded my door, for now, I wanted to cry until there was a tap on my window, I jumped but went and opened it
"Lampwick! what are you doing here?" I whisper yelled
"I followed you, I wanted to make sure you got home alright," he says "Y/n my darling I can't bare to see him do this to you, please just listen to me my love" He says holding my hands "I found a carriage its going to the next town down the coast, miles and miles away from here, he can take us and all our stuff" he explained
"Lampwick what are you saying?" i ask
"Runaway with me?" he asks "Miles away, where it's safe for you, we can get a little house by sea," He offers
"Lampwick I don-" I began
"He leaves tonight y/n, Please... come with me" He begs
"okay" I agreed and he smiled kissing me and helping me to pack my stuff...
I smiled humming my little tune as I watched the waves crash on the beach as I sturred the mix I was making for dinner
"Hello darling" I heard behind me I turned in shock seeing lampwick leaned on the doorframe just gotten home from work
"How was your day?" I ask
"Fine" He shrugs slipping off his jacket "How are you?" he asks holding my hand
"Fine" I smiled "Thank you" I giggled
"How is she?" He asks resting his hand on my still growing baby bump
"They are fine" I laugh
"They?" he asked a little confused
"The doctor popped over this morning while you were at work" I laugh "It's twins Lampwick" I laugh
"Twins?" he asks and I nod and he laughed making me put my cooking down and cuddling me tightly lifting me off my feet to spin me around close to him in the middle of our kitchen
"Put me down" I laugh ad he let me set my feet back on the floor
"Owwww i love you so much" H smiles kissing my head
"I love you too lampwick" I laugh giving him a kiss
