Chapter 3

Recap:

"Oh, and baby?" he whispered in my ear so only I could hear, "Yes, sunbae?" I whispered back

"Call me Oppa"

Lisa's POV

"Uh, O-ok. Tae Oppa" I said with a small smile. Yoongi and Jin came to tell us their plan.

"Lali, I want you to always be with one of us," Jin said "That way we know where you are and can stop anything bad from happening with Tzuyu and TWICE"

"Aniyo, Jin Oppa. You can't always protect me. Yes, you can all look out for me, but Tzuyu will always find a way to hurt me" I say "And it will just be worse if she sees me hiding behind you guys 24/7"

"Then what happens if she corners you, Lali?! What are you gonna do? Are you just going to let her beat you up?!" Jungkook asks angrily. I walk over to him and caress his cheek lightly 

"Kookie, I'll fight back to the best of my ability, but I don't want to get you guys involved with her shit," I say "As long as she doesn't see me near Taehyung, I won't get that badly hurt"

"Aniyo, baby," Tae said "I'm not letting you out of my sight" "But Tae-" "If that bitch wants to mess with you, then she better watch out" He growled, cutting me off

"Woah, boys. I think Tae here has just decided to claim Lali" Yoongi said

"Well, we trust you, Tae," said Jin, surprisingly 

"YAH, HE'S NOT MY BOYFRIEND AND HE DOESN'T HAVE TO PROTECT ME!" I yell. I think they forgot that I was there

"I'm not your boyfriend yet, babe. And I do have to protect you, your mine" He says with a smirk

Tae's POV

I've always been a player, I've never had real feelings for a girl. That was until Kim Lalisa yelled at me, in Maths. And when I caught her in P.E, I actually got lost in her big doe eyes. I know it sounds cliche, but it's so true. She's the most beautiful girl in the world.

I think I like her. Whoa, Tae. You're a player, you don't do relationships. 

I've never felt this protective, jealous, obsessive over a girl before. When she started breaking down in front of me, I felt my heart stop. All I could think about was murdering that Tzuyu bitch. And all I know now is that no one can ever hurt Lali and get away with it. 

I'm gonna make that beautiful angel mine.

Lisa's POV

We are back home now. We moved from Thailand, in case I forgot to mention. That's why we had to move schools. Me and Jungkook had to finish Middle School before we could get to the High School/College section. Our parents died 5 years ago, and ever since Jin turned 18, he has been our legal parent/guardian.

The day our parents died, Jungkook was at school, as well as Jin. I was homesick

"Mommy, daddy. Can we go get ice cream?!" I pleaded

"Sure honey, let me get the car started" My dad had said. I was always his little princess.

As we were driving there, there was a drunk driver. A head-on collision. My parents, who were in the front seat, died instantly. I, on the other hand, was hospitalized for 2 weeks due to broken ribs, concussion, internal bruising.

When I woke up, I remember looking at Jin's face and the tug at my heart as he held me close to him and stroked my hair

"They're gone, Lali"

Great, now I'm crying. Well, that's some backstory for you. I still don't like getting in cars, I prefer walking and if I do have to get in one, Jin or Jungkook needs to be with me. 

I was so caught up in my own thoughts, I didn't notice Jin come in and sit beside me until I felt his arms wrap around me. I climbed onto his lap and whispered

"I miss them, Oppa," I said, silent tears streaming down my face

"I know, Lali. But you have me and Jungkook and Jimin and Yoongi and now, it looks like Tae as well" He said, trying to keep his own tears in. He spent most of his life holding in tears, being strong for me and Jungkook, I didn't think how much it had affected him. I reached up and put his head in the crook of my neck

"It's OK, Jin Oppa. You can cry in front of me" that was all it took for him to start sobbing in my arms. 

"Jin-ah, look after yourself. You get so caught up in being me and Kookie's big brother, you fail to cope with your own emotions" I whispered 

"I know, mianhe Lali" he sobbed "Shhhhh, gwenchana Oppa"

Just then Jungkook opened the door quietly, he must have heard everything. Judging from the tears in his eyes. He came and wrapped his strong arms around the both of us.

"We have each other" he whispered softly

"We can get through anything, as long as we're together" Jin responded

And with that, I felt myself falling asleep in my brother's arms.
