Travel Through Time Chapter 47

  "They were sent by the Noron's that are waiting sentencing. "They thought they could find something out to use as a bargaining chip.  They can't get close to either of our palaces so they wait till we leave.  Un just shoots to kill now he's that fed-up of them."  I nod "should we eat?"  I ask "let me change your dressing first?" I nod again and he brings the first aid kit and a bowl with the crushed leaves, clove and honey in it.  He takes the bandage form my wrist first the bruising is still dark he rubs lavender oil into it gently before placing the bamboo splint in place and wrapping it back up. "It shouldn't need the splint in a few more days" I tell him.   He moves to my foot and gently unwraps it and then takes off the crushed medicine, he washes it in cool water.  I take a good look at it "good I don't think I'll have any scarring I bend my leg and look at the sole of my foot.  It also looks like it is mending quickly the Prince uses a spoon to spread the crushed medicine all over my foot and then wraps it again.  I should be able to put more weight on it next week but I won't be able to wear a shoe for at least three weeks" I inform him.  "Thank you, for taking good care of me" I add thanking him.  "This is what I'm supposed to do and want to do for the rest of my life" he says.   I kiss him "my Prince" I kiss him again.  He puts the dirtied things in a bowl and the first aid kit to the side. "Hun we are ready for dinner" the doors open and the maids bring in a number of trays.  I see a maid glancing around "your new, where are you from?" I ask she bows but doesn't say anything.  The Prince nods at Hun and he tells her to leave, he takes her tray and smells it.  He looks at the Prince and bows and leaves with the tray.   I smell all the food placed on the table then take my silver chopstick and push it into each dish checking after I've withdrawn it, if it has changed colour.   All the dishes are safe and we eat my thoughts are elsewhere when the Prince says "I have a surprise for you once we've finished eating." I brighten and try and think what it could be "it's not a new bottle of oil is it?" he laughs and shakes his head "no" I smile at him then finish my meal.  He helps me up and takes me out to the front courtyard where two seats have been placed in front of a shadow theatre.   We sit down and watch the shadow show.  It really is amazing how a story can be shown with just shadows.  I really enjoy it sitting there leaning my head on the Princes shoulder while we link hands.   It ends and we both clap our hands.  Just as the Prince is helping me to stand a number of eunuch's carrying trays walk into the courtyard.  "The King, thanks the Royal Princess" the leading one says before they all bow.  Hun directs them as to where they may put everything. "Really there is no need to send anything" I say.  The Prince just laughs and puts his arm around my waist helping me up the steps.  We walk into our room and Hun walks to the door and hands the Prince a letter.  He closes the doors and I go and sit on the bed.  The Prince opens the letter "I would like to thank you both sincerely, as Consort Bin and I strengthen our bond" it's my turn to laugh.  The Prince joins in "I used the term relations" I hold my stomach as I laugh harder and we both fall back onto our backs laughing.  "I hope that is the last sex talk I have to give until it's time to teach the birds and the bees to our children" I say. "I was told by my teacher and heard things from others" the Prince tells me. "I learnt most of it by watching animal's mate and what I could remember from watching my teacher and his wife hold hands and just be close to each other.  If I'd left it to my father or the woman, he married I wouldn't know anything." I turn onto my side and cuddle into him "I'm going to tell our children everything" I kiss his cheek.   I'm going to wash and then get ready for bed I'm tired again" he rubs my back and I go and wash then come back and strip before getting into bed.  The Prince comes back from washing and smiles when he sees my bare shoulders sticking out from the blanket.  "Just the way I like you" he says as he strips and he pulls the blanket back and gets in beside me.  We cuddle and kiss before he snuggles into my breasts and we fall asleep.  "Mummy, you have to watch the out for the Queen.  Just watch and tell the King to do the same" I wake up and glance around the dark room "Un" I call softly "yes, your Majesty" he answers "is it all quiet out there?" I ask "yes, your Majesty" he replies.  "What's wrong?" the Prince asks groggily "nothing, I dreamt that we should keep an eye on the Queen" I whisper.   "The King is aware and we are trying to keep watch.  It would be good if you where careful too, if she should ask for you to visit then send word to me or the King if I'm not around" he cautions.  I wrap my arms around him tighter.  "When we have our children, I want the two palaces made into one, we will add the rooms between the two for our children. I want them to be safe with us here and when you become King we will keep our palace here" I tell him.  "I like the thought of us having more than one child and I also like the idea of keeping our children close."  I smile as I think back to my dream "we have five" I whisper and the Prince hugs me tighter.  I fall back to sleep and don't dream again.  I wake to the Prince trying to wriggle from my arms.  I tighten them instead "I need to pee" he cry's and I chuckle as I release him.  He jumps from the bed and runs to the commode room naked.  He walks back with a relieved smile, "how long had you been holding it in?" I chuckle. "Long enough, I didn't want to wake you up but then things became desperate" he climbs back into bed.  "It's time to get up?" I try and pull back but he holds me too him. "I haven't had my morning cuddle yet?" he states.  I laugh "we cuddle all night?" I answer.  He leans a little away to look at me "that is during the night we are asleep.  This is totally different" he tells me.  He holds me tight again "how are you feeling?" he asks "bruised," I then keep him to me when he loosens his arms a little "I feel better" I tell him honestly. "Good, I want you to go with Un to the elite training ground and watch them train then help Un to correct things or give feed back" he tells me. "I'd better have a hearty breakfast then" I answer.  We cuddle and kiss before getting up and starting our day.  I dress in my male tunic and after breakfast I go in the sedan again to the training grounds.   I see Keon-hi and she rushes over to me.  I hug her "I'm so glad you are alright I wanted to rush over yesterday but was told the Prince would want to be with you" she says. "Thank you, I'm glad I get to see you now" I tell her. "Are you hear to watch the training too?" I ask she nods "when Un mentioned it I begged him to let me come to" we walk back to the two chairs put out for us on a raised wooded deck.  Un calls them to order and they bow to me.  I stand and bow my head back.  I take me seat and look around then Fifth walks up with a foot stool and props my foot on it for me. "Thank you Fifth" he bows and joins the others.  Un gives them instructions to space out and they all shuffle an arms length away from each other.  They go through the warm up routine then Un shows them the core excises I showed him yesterday.  They all do 20 sit ups then 20 push ups then run around the grounds once and repeat it 3 times, before Un stops them.   He has some frames brought out and shows them how to do chin ups.  They all then try and do 10 of them, once they've finished, they all have a drink. Un separates them into smaller groups and then gives each group a different activity to practice.  I watch the ones that are practising the martial art moves I taught.  Un comes and stands next to me we both point somethings out and he corrects them and then comes and stands next to me.  "Un is their room to create an assault course.  It would incorporate balance, rhythm, strength, speed and agility" I ask "How much space would be needed?" he asks back.  "About the same size of the training ground here" I estimate.  "Could you draw something up and let me look at it?" I nod I hear a heavy clash of swords and see Second and another guard clashing sword, Un whistles and everyone falls in. "Behind you" I call and Second crouches and spins his leg around knocking the guard down that had gone to swing his sword at his back.  Second straightens and the fallen guard, not having learnt his lesson stands up and picks his sword up.  I grab a knife and let if fly through the air knocking his sword out his hand. Un walks down and over to him takes his sword and thumps him in the face.  He then says something and the guard starts to run around the grounds.  Un walks back to the raised deck and says "Queens guards to the right" about 10 men all move to the right. "Dismissed" Un calls and they leave grumbling.  "Take a break" Un orders and they fall out and get drinks or start talking amongst themselves.  "I'll set up a different time and place for the Queens guards to train" he tells me.  "Watch your back" I inform him.  We spend the rest of the morning training and giving encouragement or help when needed.  We finish and I start to walk back to the sedan.  When the Queen walks in followed by about 20 maids, I bow and so does Keon-hi.  I move slightly to cover her and Un stands in front of her and bows to the Queen.
