Prosecution Drops Charges Against Sechskies's Kang Sung Hoon for Embezzlement of Fanclub Funds
According to reports on July 17, the Seoul district prosecutor's office has decided to drop charges of embezzling fanclub funds against Sechskies member Kang Sung Hoon.
Previously, members of Kang Sung Hoon's solo fanclub 'Hoony World' pressed charges against the idol, claiming that Kang Sung Hoon pocketed approximately 100,000,000 KRW (~ 85,000 USD) in fanclub funds raised through event ticket sales, merchandise sales, and more for a personal agenda, even though the funds were allegedly raised for donation purposes.
Approximately 70 fanclub members signed the petition to file the above case against Kang Sung Hoon, as some also alleged that the idol was involved in a personal relationship with the fanclub's president, and more.
However, the Seoul district prosecutor's office has determined that "there was not enough evidence" to find Kang Sung Hoon guilty of embezzling the above-mentioned funds.

Veteran actor Jung Woo Sung will be making a very rare, variety show appearance, on the upcoming female cast edition of tvN's 'Three Meals a Day'!
On July 17, his label Artist Company confirmed to media outlets, "Jung Woo Sung recently wrapped up filming for his guest appearance on 'Three Meals a Day in Shinchon'."
The upcoming, female cast edition of 'Three Meals a Day' stars 'SKY Castle' moms Yeom Jung Ah and Yoon Se Ah, as well as maknae Park So Dam of 'Parasite'. Both Yeom Jung Ah and Park So Dam are artists under Artist Company, established by Jung Woo Sung himself, and so the veteran actor decided to appear on the program to cheer on his label artists.

Minwoo's Molestation Case Forwarded to Prosecution
According to reports on July 17, police have decided to forward Shinhwa member Minwoo's sexual molestation case to prosecution without detainment, seeking an indictment.
Minwoo is currently facing sexual molestation charges from back on June 29, during a gathering with two female acquaintances at a drinking establishment. One of the female acquaintances pressed charges against Minwoo later that day after the event, but both females involved ultimately chose to cancel their charges. However, in the case of sexual molestation, police are obligated to continue the investigation regardless of whether or not the victims chose to take back their charges.
During the investigation process, Minwoo is said to have denied all allegations, simply explaining that his jokes grew out of hand. The prosecution will continue to evaluate the case and determine if the idol will be indicted.
