Personality
| Leonard is an ultimate goofball. He might as well by the guy that was your typical class clown in middle school. He honestly seems confused and that's probably because he's still getting used to all the 'American ways' of things.
He's still working on his English and the way he tries to fit in can always bring out a few laughs from the people around; but Leo is great at taking everything as a joke.
He's playful, goofy, and all in all an hopeless romantic. Well, he did grow up in the city of love after all! He's not the most intelligent when it comes to academics ( or sometimes even when it comes to basic things ) but Leo is a passionate guy, and can make every situation seem lighter... so that makes up for his lack of academic intelligence.
Background | Leo was born and raised in Paris, France and he didn't feel anything but love for that place. His French ways are fairly appearant in everything he does and says. The boy's family is quite wealthy as they run a business in France. He's an eager and curious soul, so of course he'd join the foreign exchange program. He had a passion for acting on the what better place would let him improve than the land of Hollywood itself?! Leo has been in America for more than a couple of months but he's still getting used to the ways.
Their Karma | The reason Leo is in America is to study acting in one of the best theatre schools, but he only got in by auditioning while in France. It was a competition sort of thing that happened in his old performing arts school— a few of the best actors were chosen to audition for a placement in one of the American theatre schools, and only the best one would get in. Leonard was a fairly talented actor, but not as talented as his best friend, Amelie. Studying acting abroad was Amelie's dream but it was Leo's dream too. He was so desperate for the placement that he faked a letter which stated that Amelie' audition was cancelled, and this left the girl devastated. Leo did feel guilty but without Amelie auditioning, he turned out to be the best actor there so he got his placement in America.
