Erza Scarlet

"Fantastic, just fantastic. There is no better way to spend my day than to be soaking wet!" Gray groaned, and Erza rolled her eyes as she rung out her scarlet hair in her hands. Thankfully for them and everyone else on the island, several fishing ships were in the area and they picked everyone up out of the water. Erza hoped that once the people made it to Ishgar, the government would take care of them since they lost everything. As for the Fairy Tail mages, thankfully their own ship was still at the docks, and they got on no problem.

"You're in your swimsuit, Gray," Erza told him and a pink light swarmed around her body and disappeared, leaving Erza in perfectly dry clothes. She wore a white short sleeve button-up shirt and blue skirt with black sandals.

Gray glared at her as he dried his hair off with a towel. "It's all about the concept! I can't believe that island shrunk on us and dumped us into the ocean! How is that even possible!?" Gray snapped.

Erza sighed. "I have no idea, but it doesn't change the fact that it happened," Erza told him sternly. She wouldn't admit it, not even to herself, but she was rather... afraid of the power that woman displayed. To alter the size of an entire island was unheard of, let alone impossible. How did her magic even work? Is it some sorts of psychic ability or did it require physical contact? What were the limits to her power? Could it enlarge objects as well? What happens if its done to a person? The questions were limitless. For one person to hold such power was terrifying.

Erza shook her head. Thinking about such things would only drive her crazy, besides, they had a job to do. "Mest, how is it going?" Erza called to the older man, who was sitting at one of the seats of the boat while fiddling with the lacrima. He lifted his head and his eyes met hers.

"Luckily for us, I've managed to get a hold on the spy. We'll teleport there," Mest said and stood up. He extended his hand out to them.

Gray groaned. "Seriously? Can't we just sail there?" he asked.

"She's located underwater Northwest of us," Mest snapped at him. "Do you want to swim or not?"

Gray cringed and placed his hand over Mest's. Erza didn't voice her own opinion, but she felt for Gray. Whenever Mest teleported with someone, it required their bodies being broken down at a molecular level and reassembled wherever Mest takes them. To say it was painful was an understatement, in fact, Erza has only experienced few things more painful than teleportation. But if it meant getting answers, finding Master, then she can handle it. Erza placed her hand over Gray's, and Lucy, Wendy, and the exceeds quickly followed.

Mest closed his eyes and Erza hardly had a split second to brace herself before unimaginable pain seared through her body, and for that split second, Erza felt nothing but a searing agony that felt like it was tearing apart her body one nerve end at a time. Not even a second later, and Erza was suddenly standing in the middle of a strange temple instead of a boat, and the pain didn't go away until several seconds later, but even then her body itched.

"Welcome, Fairy Tail," a feminine, angelic voice said from within the temple, and Erza looked further in at the strange throne in the middle of the temple. It was made out of the same white bricks that made up the temple with two large, curved smooth stone panels stationed besides either side of the armrest. Above those panels were glowing blue holograms that held miniature icons. Sitting on that throne was a slim young woman dressed in a feathery white bikini with long, straight white hair and slanted grey eyes. Serano smiled down at them as if she had been expecting them.

"Serano!" Lucy gasped, and Serano looked at Mest.

"I'm happy you got my message so fast," Serano said, and Mest crossed his arms with a frown on his face.
