You sleep with your head on his chest and his arm placed lazily underneath your waist, the sound of his hearts lulling you into a peaceful sleep.

He wraps his arms around your waist and head nuzzled into the crook of your neck, you wrap your arms around his neck and your head also in the crook of his neck. So basically you hug :)

He holds your back flush to his chest with an arm wrapped around your waist whilst his other hand plays with your hair, you intertwine your fingers with his hand that rests upon your stomach.

The Doctor doesn't like to cuddle so you's sleep back to back. Although you'll occasionally wake up to a certain Doctor hugging you to him, he won't admit it but you know he secretly likes to hold you close to him.
