(Y/n)'s pov.
I was standing on the sandy shore of the Red Sea, still looking out at the blue waters this great sea provided. I was lost in thought, the calmness almost overwhelming as in the past few days I was prepared for distruction and misfortune to happen at any moment. But a sweet and a fammiliar voice had pulled me from those thoughts.
"(Y/n)!" I heard someone shout in happiness.
I swiftly turned around and I saw them. Chione, Safiya, Rana and Khepri. All of them standing a few meters away from me and looking at me with big smiles on their faces. On my face then appeared the same bright smile they had as we all rushed towards each other and hugged.
"Oh, girls!" I said a little overwhelmed. "You have no idea how happy I am to see you here. It's been too overwhelming."
"You're overwhelmed. Rameses was underwhelmed. Why isn't anyone just whelmed?" Rana said and we laughed at that.
"But really, it's good to see you too." Safiya said kindly.
"Especially after you have fuffilled your part." Chione said.
I furrowed my eyes in confusion. "Fuffilled my part?"
"By delivering us along with Moses from Egypt. All of us." Khepri said as she motioned to the sea of hebrews.
"How did you-" I started to ask, but was cut off.
"We always knew you would do something great for us, hebrews." Safiya said.
And with that I smiled at them and joined the rest of the hebrews as they walked onwards to the promised land..."
I then closed the old leather bound book that had been rewritten time and time again by my ancestors and put it on the pink colored bedside table.
I then looked at the small girl laying on the bed that was colored in many tones of pink, her blue eyes that looked like storm clouds looking right into my (e/c) ones.
"Mommy?" The little five year old girl, Laura, my daughter, asked. "Is, is that story true? Is it really the one our ancestors have written?"
I smiled warmly at my little girl and ran a hand comfortingly through her straight (h/c) hair. "Yes, yes it is. It was written by one of our ancestors and rewritten time and time again and passed down from generation to generation. And one day," I then leaned down and kissed her forehead. "it will be yours."
"Now, I think it's time for you to go to sleep, kiddo." I then stood up and took the book with me to later put it on the shelf where I took it from.
"Wait, Mommy?" I then turned to my little princess. "Will you next time read the other story?"
"The one about the two queens and the princess?" I asked knowing she would want to hear it again, since, well, she was fascinated with princesses. I guess it ran in the family that we loved our families history.
"Uh-huh." Laura said confirmilngly while nodding her head.
"Maybe when you're a bit older, sweety." I said. "But I will bring another interesting story for next time, alright?"
She nodded happily and I then started to close the door to her bedroom. "Well then, goodnight love."
And with that I closed the door for the night, still clutching the leather bound book.
The end.
Alright!!! Third book finished!! I know this chapter was short and kinda weird, but i didn't know how else to end the story. Anyway, I hope you liked this story and have a good day!!!~
