Oberoi Mansion

4.30am

Shivay woke up with the buzzing sound of alarm clock on the side table which he had set himself to wake up his Anika for sargi rasam .

Until now he has very well understood that no type of alarm clocks can wake her up from her beauty sleep. So he took it on himself to be her personal alarm clock.

He smiled seeing the beautiful sight of his cute adorable wife asleep tucked on his side with her one hand and one leg splayed upon him.

Asleep, Yes on his side and half on him. He remembered how she herself allowed him to sleep on her bed which was technically his bed without any words thrown in protest.

He was really surprised when she didn't deny him or told him off after they returned from the date last night. May be it was because she was too tired to argue or may be she has started accepting his presence in her personal space too. But Shivay was too happy to ruin it by thinking all of that.

They slept on the same bed though with a lot of distance in between which gradually reduced courtesy Anika's weird sleeping habits.

Shivay kissed on top of her head before trying to wake her up.

Shivay- Anika you have to wake up. It's 4.45 am. DJ and Dadi must be waiting for you for the ritual.

She moved more closer to him hiding her face in crook of his neck nuzzling into him unconsciously.

He felt shocked with her gesture. He swallowed multiple times to calm down and tried to free himself to maintain a safe distance.

Shivay- An..ika please you have to wake up now.

He shaked her shoulder this time and it worked.

Anika slowly brought up her face from his shoulder confused and very much sleepy and stopped just inches away from his face.

Shivay was adoring her while she was looking irritated at him.

Anika-- What is wrong with you? Why are you disturbing my sleep so early. It feels like I just slept and you woke me up.

Shivay-- Partially you are right. I did wake you up within 3 hours after we slept but if you have forgotten, it's Karvachouth today and you have to eat Sargi before the fast starts with everyone downstairs.

Remembering Anika got very conscious.
She turned her head to see him and then realised they were really very close to each other if she moved even an inch she could kiss him.

They got lost in each other eyes only Few minutes later to be disturbed by the blaring ringtone from Shivay's phone.

Anika rolled on her side after realizing what she was doing and mentally cursed her sleeping habits for making things awkward for her.

Anika- Hmm.... I will start to get ready.

She ran to her bathroom without a backward glance while Shivay cursed the stupid alarm which he set as a reminder tone.

All Oberoi clan with additional DJ and Saumya were already present in the dinning area waiting when the new couple descended.

Rudra(sleepily)- Finally Bhai and Bhabhi are here. We can start the ritual.
