Shivay's Car

It was 20 mins and Shivay was driving silently even Anika didn't speak anything. Shivay decided to break the awkward silence.

Shivay- Tum prinku ko kabse janti ho...??

Anika- Since I was 14 years. We are best friends or you can say soul sister since then...
she said with a small smile remembering their school days.

Shivay- Tum middle class family se hona...so, how you were able to pay for the school fees.??
Anika glared at him...

Shivay (seeing her glare spoke hurriedly) -Don't take me wrong...its just a question!!!

Anika didn't know what to tell him without revealing her real identiy...she didn't wanted to lie too...

Anika- I studied on full term scholarship there...
she replied telling him half truth...as she really got scholarship in St.Xaviers, though her dad could have afforded the fees easily .

Shivay- So you were a nerd...he said smiling towards her.

Anika- Says the one who got in Harvard because he was a nerd and a geek himself...she said laughing.

Shivay(after a long pause)- Anika can I ask you a personal question if you don't mind...

Anika -Hmmn....she said dreading about his next question.

Shivay- What happened to your mother?? You don't have to answer if it makes you uncomfortable...he added further.

Anika(little sad)- she died with cancer when I was 15...

Shivay- ohh I m so sorry....
Anika nodded in acknowledgement .

Shivay- So, who else is in your family?? He said trying to bring her out of gloomy mood...

Anika- My DJ and my dearest dad!! And FYI DJ is my dadi jaan...And I love them a lot.

Shivay- You forget to mention Sahil.

Anika(trying to cover up)- Ya because you already know about him .By the way what's with these 20 questions...

Shivay-Ahh... Nothing... just trying to know about Prinku's best friend...and you already know about us...so its only fair if we know you too.

Anika- Hmm...anything else you wanna know Billuji??
She said with fake smile.

Shivay- hey don't call me that!! But there are many questions about you which are still unknown...The first being Who are you?? Why won't you tell us about your surname...??

Anika tried to be as normal as possible...without raising any further suspicion.

Ani(faking anger) - why you want to know about my khoon khandan??? About not telling my surname , I want to establish myself and I just want to be myself...Just Anika...!!

Shivay- ok leave this topic...otherwise we will start fighting again...So what is your father's occupation??

Anika was thinking what to answer...
But before she answers, Shivay stopped the car.

Anika- Kya hua? Apne car kyu rok di...??

Shivay- Samne dekho koi road par gira hua hai...shayad injured hai...tum car mai hi raho mai check karta hu.
Anika- Shivay....

Listening his name from her mouth felt really different... he turned to her raising his eyebrows,
Anika- Be careful....
Shivay nodded and walked towards the man body...

Suddenly out of nowhere 6 goons were standing in front of him with different weapons...

Shivay- Kaun ho tum log aur kya chaiye tumhe???
