It was 2 days since they challenged each other and were trying in their own way to make the other bend.

But with both strong headed, nothing was easy. Both were so engrossed in planning to defeat each other that they forgot about their other problems.

Anika was hell bent on winning the challenge that she forgot that she was forced and blackmailed into this marriage.

Shivay wanted to prove his point that Anika has feelings for him that he forgot all about the truth which was unveiled and how Anika didn't tell him the truth!!

Mr.Malhotra and Anika's grandma were happy seeing how happy their princess was and how much their son in law cares for Anika.

He used to make food himself for her keeping her taste in mind. They could clearly see love in his eyes for her.

And they saw how once, Anika coughed and Shivay suddenly sprang up to be beside her hovering till he was assured that she was OK.

Even OmRu Priyanka used to dote Anika. He could see his Princess happiness clearly doing mischief with Rudra Ishana and Priyanka.Also Saumya and their strong bond.
Her strong friendship and understanding with Om and how everyone loves her .
Dadi adored her. Tej Janvi and Shakti consider her as their own daughter .Though he didn't see much interaction between Pinki and Anika, he knew his daughter could make anyone love her.

Mr.Malhotra was content about his daughter being in safe hands. He was glad to get a Perfect Son in law and more than a perfect Husband for her daughter!!

But what he didn't know that half of it was a illusion which would be broken soon.

Yet it was another day....when everyone were sitting together having breakfast including Anika's family.

Mr.M- Tej, let's complete the deal today itself as I am planning to leave tomorrow for Delhi yaar, I have a very important meeting. Sorry I can't extend my stay here more.

Tej- Ravi, I know in our business, work always come first. I understand. You go we will take care of Maaji....and Anika.

Anika- Dad why are you leaving so soon. Yesterday you told me that you and DJ will be shifting to Mumbai permanently. And now you are leaving.....Also What deal you are talking about?

Mr.M- Beta, I have to look for the pending work in Delhi for few days, I will be back soon. And today we have to go to the office for officially signing the merger with Oberoi textiles and Malhotra Fashions. You need to come too....and also I have made some important decisions.

Anika- What decisions Dad??

Mr.M- You will know in the office beta....Now go and get ready. Shivay you need to come too along with Tej and Shakti.

Hearing that Anika jerked up but reluctantly nodded. She was worried that if her father took any decision regarding shares or property that he wants to offer to Oberois .

She remembered once he said that he will give 20% of the total Malhotra shares to her husband and now Shivay is her husband, though not by choice.

She knew what she has to do if such situation arises. She won't let Shivay Singh Oberoi take anything from her company . She can't let him win by getting profit for which he had originally married her.

Mr.Malhotra, Anika, Shivay Tej Shakti along with few board members from both the company were present along with legal advisors.

Tej- So, the merger is of total 700 crore Indian currency. As per the terms, profit will be - Oberois get 55% profit share and Malhotra's 45% profit share.
