Third POV.

Everyone is panicking and worried sick outside the operating room. Especially the Fields Family, the Anderson Family tried to comfort them.

Just then, the door opened, Doctor Gian went outside. Telling them that they successfully saved the triplets and they have brought the babies to the nursery room already. The both grandparents went quickly to the nursery room. Claire, Kayla's sister and their friends left outside waiting patiently for Kayla's operation.

Just then, after five minutes she saw Eric running towards her.

Claire POV.

"What are you doing here Eric?!" She asked angrily.

"I came here as fa----" he said but being cut off by Jimmy

"We don't need you here bastard!" Jimmy said defensively.

"I'm sorry okay, I know I fucked up a lot but this is not my intention" Eric said.

"Sorry your ass!" Samantha said

"Guys, calm down okay? I know Kay will make it, and she don't want seeing us here fighting" Tahlia said to them.

"Thank you" Eric said to her but she didn't him after all.

Meanwhile at the operating room

Third person POV.

"Scalpel please" she ask her assistant surgeon. In her mind she keeps on telling to Kayla to hold on to her.

She started to open her head, bloods, lots and lots of bloods.

"Irrigation" she said. This method is in order for her to see clearly because the blood is covering her view to the exact location of the bullets.

The sound of the ventilator and heavy breaths of the surgeon and surgical nurses are flowing inside the operation room.

"I can see the bullet now" she said.

"Forceps please" she said. She slowly and safely took off the bullet.

But something came up... the sound of the ventilator...

"Doc patient's heartbeat is dropping" nurse Jenny said.

"Everyone focus" she said firmly.

"The bullet somehow damage her nerves" she explained.

"Cotton please" she said.

"Doc, patient's heartbeat is dropping slowly"
Nurse Jenny informed her.

"How is that now?" She asked

"Doc, patient's heartbeat is stable by now.

"Thank God" she muttered to herself.

"Okay, let's stitch her up" she ordered

After 10 minutes the operation is done.

"Good job everyone" she said to her team.

"You did a great job doc" Dr. James told her.
