"And they want me back out there next month?" Odell asked.
" well actually they said the end of this month but I talking them into giving you more time so you got until the 12th of next month" Conner said.
" alright then" Odell said before hanging up His phone.

"What's wrong with you?, you're so quiet today" Demi asked.
"You gone be mad at me but I gotta do it" Odell Said.
" what? What's going on babe?" Demi asked sitting up.
" I'm moving back to California.... for football" Odell said looking at Demi.
That stung Demi's heart like hell, she was stuck for a second.
"So. Um.... you're breaking up with me?" Demi asked already feeling her tears threatening to fall.
"Bae no. I want to continue being with you Demi, I love you too much to let you go" Odell said.
" I'm just letting you know that I'm going back"
" that means I can't see you everyday, you won't be here when I physically" Demi cried.
"Bae dont cry please" Odell said pulling Demi into his lap.
"I promise we'll see each other when we're free" Odell said wiping Demi's tears.

The tension was deep in the house between Demi and her mother. Ever since they came back from Texas they try not to be in the Same room as each other.
"He said that he was moving next month. I don't want him to but I can't stop him" Demi said.
"That's crazy, I really thought he was gonna be there when we graduate." Clarence said.
"Oh no he's going to be there" Demi said.
"You're gonna be dating a football player, you're gonna be in the public eye" he said.
" yeah I know" Demi said.
"hey I'm ordering Thai food do you want anything?" Dwayne asked coming in Demi's room.
" no I'm fine. Thank you" Demi said before turning her attention back to her laptop.
" well im gonna order something for you anyways baby girl" Dwayne said before leaving out.
" girl stop being mean to that man, he loves you." Clarence said.
" I'm not being mean, I talk to him.....if I se him" Demi said.

" KEHLANI!!"
" I'm coming, I'm coming" She walking to the living room.
" get me a beer out that refrigerator" Ben said.
Kehlani walked to the kitchen to get her dad what he wanted. Looking inside the refrigerator all that was in there was a jug of milk, cheese, and a bottle of water.
"Ain't no more beers" Kehlani yelled out.
"This little fucker" Ben mumbled to himself before he went to find his son.
" you been drinking my beers boy" Ben said walking in the kids room.
" N-no sir, I haven't" Kevin said putting his psp down.
Ben slapped Kevin across the face. Before he jacked him up by his shirt.
" then who been drinking them then!" He yelled.
Ben threw Kevin on the floor before he started kicking him with them big ass combat boots.
" Kehlani!" Kevin cried out.
Kehlani ran towards the room when she heard her little brother scream her name.
" get off him!" Kehlani said hitting her dad in the bed with a book.
Ben turned around swinging at Kehlani knocking her to the ground before he started kicking her as well. Kehlani kicked him hard in the nuts running into the room when he felled to the ground. She locked the door before pulling the packed bags from under the bed. Wiping the blood from under her nose she moved quickly putting on some shoes before giving her brother his shoes.
" come on bud we gotta go" Kehlani said helping him up.
" OPEN THIS FUCKING DOOR!" Ben shouted.
" hurry" she said rushing her brother.
" KEHLANI! KEVIN! Open this door now"
"Alright, I got something for y'all" he said limping away to go get his shotgun.
Kehlani got up grabbed her phone and Kevin's game before running towards the window. She let her little brother go first before she was right behind him. She held her little brother's hand as they ran. Her mind was thinking, she had to get them away from their dad. They took off to Odell's house he was the closest to her.

"No like seriously you two need to talk this out. Y'all can't keep walking pass each other like everything is fine. I need my two favorite girls talking" Dwayne said.
"It's her. I feel like my boyfriend age shouldn't matter to her, I'm of age and we love each other. As long as he's treating me right that's all that should matter" Demi said.
" Demetria I'm your fucking mother and you lie to me like it's nothing! I never once lied to you" Carla said.

"Hey lower your voice" Dwayne said to Demi.

Hearing a knock on the door Dwayne went to go answer the door.
" wassup?" Dwayne said to Odell answering the door.
"no disrespect sir but Kehlani just told me to bring her here, her and her brother is badly injured.
Hearing Odell's voice Demi got up walking towards the door. And her mom right behind her.
" what's wrong babe?" Demi asked.
" Kehlani told me to drop her here, her dad beat the shit out of them. But she really can't walk like that so I'm gonna bring her" Odell said.
They all went out to the car, Odell opening the door to get Kehlani out.
"Oh my God lani" Demi gasped seeing her friend.
" it's that bad?" Kehlani asked.
Dwayne grabbed the little boy before Demi and Carla grabbed the bags.
"I'm gonna go grab my bag" Carla said running upstairs.
"I don't wanna go back" Kevin mumbled.
"Oh trust my bud you're not going back there" Dwayne said.
