it's been exactly a year since me and shawn broke up. life has been hectic for me the last few months. you're probably wondering why, well let me tell you.

in the last 12 months, i've been in a relationship that i called quits on because i wasn't over shawn (imagine that), i started singing and got a record deal, saw shawn on tv with his new girl which broke my heart, moved into a new apartment and started working on a new album. even though me and shawn have been broken up for a year, seeing him with a different girl really hurt me and seeing all the things everyone said about me because we broke up hurt just as much. getting a record deal was a huge thing for me and i'm so thankful for it but it's a lot to handle sometimes, as is writing an album. honestly between me and you, i don't think i'll ever REALLY be over shawn. after all, he is the father of my child and at one point was the person i hoped to marry. guess his new girl took my place.
