Dear Percy,

You like water and everything but has it ever been a problem for your mom too give you a bath when you were little? At that time you had no idea  you could, but did you think you might have accidently used your will power to stay dry??

Sally: Getting out my pictures of you in the bath tub.

Sally: Yeah as you can see, Percy, is completly dry even after he accidently flooded the apartment.
