Age: 18

District: 13, but originally a refugee from 7 (hence the name)

Physical Description: Very unruly ginger hair, green eyes, freckles, tall and well-built, rarely smiles or brushes his hair

Celebrity: one of the Weasley twins. Closest I can think of.

Traits: brutal, at the peak of fitness thanks to life in 13, might try to find allies who will benefit him (who can find food etc.) but isn't good with people, is good at camoflage but not brilliant, is mildly autistic so often doesn't understand what's going on and loses his temper

Weapon: anything futuristic; he's been practicing with some new Zap guns that 13 have been working on, as well as a variety of explosives and defensive things, like infra-red glasses so he can see people trying to be invisible. Is also pretty handy with an axe or knives.

Job: works designing weapon improvements in 13. Before that, he worked in paper mills, so he's good with machines

Environment: places with technology, failing that, somewhere where he can work in peace and quiet

Activity: doing something simple and repetitive (has a kind of autism), doesn't like being disturbed

Token: a bracelet made of carved wooden symbols, like a tree for his original district, a bee to represent his new life in 13, a heart for his family and various other misshaped lumps that were good luck tokens from his few friends
