"You were both named after the Beatles songs?" Allison laughed.

"Yeah, he's 'hey, Jude' and I'm 'lovely Rita'." Rita replied. Jude had invited his friends over to hang out before Heather's birthday party and Allison ended up hanging out with Rita instead of with the boys since Lydia didn't come.

"That's really cute." Allison smiled.

"I'm gonna get ready, real quick." Rita said. Allison nodded and smiled as Rita went up to her room to pick out an outfit for the party. She picked out a plaid mini skirt and a plain black top, not really feeling the need to go all out. She wiped off her make up and just put mascara, lip gloss, and a bit of shimmer on the corners of her eyes. She had a full face of makeup on the whole day so she wanted to let her face breath. She went slid on her shoes and went to Jude's room to see when they were leaving.

"Jude." She said, knocking on the door lightly. Scott opened the door and stepped away, letting her come in. She gave him a small smile and looked down as she passed him.

"When are we heading out?" Rita asked her brother. He slipped on a shirt and shrugged.

"In like ten minutes, I guess." Jude shrugged. Rita nodded and noticed his shirt. She went to his closet and started looking for a new shirt.

"What are you doing?" Jude asked.

"You were that shirt on last full moon, it's all sweaty and scratched up. I thought you were supposed to have super smell or whatever." She whispered. Jude glanced at Scott and Stiles then looked at her.

"They know." Jude said. Rita looked at him then at the boys.

"Alright." Rita said and went back to looking for a shirt. She pulled out a stripped button up and handed it to him.

"Tuck it and leave three button unbuttoned. Oh, and wear your chain." Rita said and walked out. Rita went back to the living room to find Allison looking at the family pictures.

"Rita, are Jude's friends hungry? Do they want snacks?" Mrs. Singh asked, making Allison jump.

"They're my friends too, mama. We're leaving soon." Rita said. Mrs. Singh nodded and went back to the kitchen.

"She always thinks we're hungry." Rita commented. Allison smiled and sat down next to Rita.

"Your mom is nice. She talked to me while you were gone." Allison said. Rita was surprised that her mother talked to Allison. Her mom wasn't the most social, just like Rita.

"What did she say?" Rita asked. Allison was about to answer but the boys came down.

"I'm going to Lydia's house. I'll see you tomorrow." Allison said walking to her car. Rita and Jude waved at her as she drove off. Rita followed Jude to the car and the others went to Roscoe.

"Public school parties are a little different than your little fancy private school parties but I think you'll like them." Jude said.

"I won't know anyone there, Jude." Rita said, fiddling with her skirt. Rita loves parties, whether she knew the people or not, however she couldn't help but feel anxious after all the stories Jude has told her. She couldn't help but feel like something dangerous would be at the party like that one party they had were the Kanima was just slithering around.

"I know you don't care whether you know the person or not so what's the real reason your so anxious?" Jude said, smelling the anxiety.

"What if something bad happens? What if there's something dangerous like there was at that one party you went to with the Kanima?" Rita asked. Jude glanced at her and grabbed her hand.

"We'll be fine. Nothing will hurt you." Jude said.

"But what about you? What if you get hurt?" Rita asked, staring at the side of his face. Jude was her best friend in the whole world and she wouldn't know what to do with out him.

"I'll heal." Jude said. Rita rolled her eyes but accepted the answer. They pulled up to the house and saw the full house. They went inside and saw a full house.

"Stiles!" Heather called out.

"Heather," Stiles started but was interrupted by the blonde kissing him. Jude and Scott looked at the scrawny boy in shook and Rita looked away awkwardly. Heather took him away leaving the two wolves and the one girl to fend for themselves.

"Hey, you. What's your name?" One of Heather's friends asked Jude. Rita rolled her eyes and shook her head.

"Jude." Jude smirked.

"I'm Diana. You want to get a drink?" The girl asked. Jude nodded and let himself be taken by the smaller girl. Scott and Rita stood together, quietly, not knowing what to do. Scott's phone vibrated and he looked at his phone with the puppy face he always seems to have.

"Let's get some drinks too, then, yeah?" Rita asked. Scott put his phone away and nodded. They walked to the kitchen and grabbed the blue cups and poured themselves something to drink. A new song started playing and Rita started dancing a long making Scott smile at her.

"You like this song?" Scott asked. Rita stopped, embarrassed at her dancing, and nodded.

"Let's go dance then." Scott said and pulled her to where everyone else was dancing. Rita slowly became more comfortable around him and instead of dancing next to him, she starting dancing with him. Scott's phone vibrated again and he looked at the messages.

"I'm going to go outside for a minute. I'll be back." Scott said. Rita nodded and watched him go. She was grateful Scott had stayed with her for that long, she expected him to find a girl or boy, she didn't know his preference, and leave her. Stiles rushed to Jude, getting Rita's attention, and she approached them.

"I was ready but she was gone!" Stiles said. Jude snorted and Rita slapped her brother's arm.

"It's alright, Stiles. She's not worth your v-card." Rita said, trying to comfort him. Stiles gave her a sarcastic smile and looked around.

"Where's Scott?" Stiles asked.

"He said he was going outside for a minute." Rita said. Stiles started walking outside and the siblings followed. There was no sign of Scott so Stiles decided to call.

"He's with Allison and Lydia. He said to meet up with him." Stiles told Jude. Jude looked at his sister and handed him the car keys.

"Tell mama and papa I'm staying over at Stiles's place." Jude said. Rita nodded and went to his car. She drove home silently, hoping that Jude wouldn't get hurt.
