Hiccup and Astrid walk on the meadow. Still talking but barely. "How's your day milady?"
"Erhh.. Great? I guess." Astrid made fake smile. Hiccup noticed her and ask.
"Hey.. What's wrong?" He held both of her hands and lift them up.
"Nothing." Astrid replied and sighed. "It's just-" she turn away from Hiccup and start walking a few steps away from him "-the academy looks peaceful without you in it.." She looked down to the ground.
Hiccup felt pretty sorry for that and walked to her. He hold her shoulders and start saying, "Hey.. I'm sorry, okay?" He turn her face to his. "Look at me, look at me.. -"
Astrid turned to him, looking at his trust-worthy green eyes and starts too sob a little. "-hey, hey. Don't cry, don't cry.. I'm here.. It's okay-" He pulled her onto his body and hugged her, trying to comfort her.
Drops of tears slightly fall on Astrid's cheek and once Hiccup hugged her, it feels like he really cares. "-I'm sorry, okay? I promise I'll be there starting tomorrow." He pulls her out and hold her hands.
"You promise?" Astrid said softly still with little tears on her eyes.
"I promise.." Hiccup replied, placing his hands on her cheek and started wiping her little tears. "Now, will you show me your real smile?" He said trying to make her smile.
Astrid giggled. "How'd did you know that I was faking?" She laughed.
"Of course I know.. I know you well.." He chuckled.
"Really?" She giggled. Hiccup nodded and smile. Astrid started smiling. "That's more like it." He said.
"Hey! You're stealing my line!" Astrid crossed her arms. Hiccup laughed and start running away.
"Race you to my house!" He shouted. "What? Come back here you! Son of half-troll, rat-eating, munge-bucket!" She started chasing him and laughed.
