12~ Yet To Wake Up

I’m yet to wake up to the amiable creatures,

Not afraid but swishing around me; smiling,

As I brush my hands through their silky soft fur.

🌍

I’m yet to wake up to the alluring horizons,

Of its each ray embracing you with its warmth as it rises.

Exhibiting its advent, venting its farewell.

Maybe it was just another dream.

I’m yet to wake up to the myriads of cerulean blue sea,

With fishes and dolphins carelessly flailing all over,

As no fisherman disturbs their jovial moments.

I’m yet to wake up to shimmering lakes and lagoons,

How far away it is afraid it disappears before I see,

Drying to depths, wrung and exploited.

Maybe it was just another dream,

I’m yet to wake up to clear blue skies,

Of the ivory cotton balls graciously moving above,

With birds fluttering and flitting away.

🌍

I’m yet to wake up to the world which acknowledge nature,

And its bond with this pummelling world,

Of love, war and peace.

Maybe it was just another dream.

I’m yet to wake up to see the world at humanity and peace,

I’m yet to wake to the world of no violence,

I’m yet to wake up to the world which respects meaningful silence.

I’m yet to wake to the sounds of humans and nature,

And not to gunshots and bombs,

Not to an exploited world,

🌍

Maybe just another dream…

Yet to wake up from…

It's how u percieve Smthng to be the best u find it the best... Else u dnt... Be positive... Be happy... And create ur own future not wait future to either destroy or fail you... Idk u said... But the best way to know ur future is to create it urself.... And I do aim for psychology... But u never knw wht in hand fr ya.... So there is my side chick... Literature... If I dnt get in psychology... I have my backup.... Literature.... Lol... Being sick makes me do wonders.... Like this... Idk wht I'm saying... Hope it is useful...
