Chapter 5: Flower

Mingrui POV

Y/N: I'm going to the restroom again! See you later!

Y/N suddenly runs away.

Me and Xinlong looked at each other and..

We laughed. Making a fist bump. It was only a joke that we had a fight. We like doing these kind of things. Xinlong is my dear bestfriend, I couldn't even fight him.

Xinlong: Hahaha Good job

Mingrui: Yea, right. But you know? I think Y/N likes you.

Xinlong: Huh? What do you mean?

Mingrui: A while ago, I caught her staring at you, she said she admires your face.

Xinlong: Really?

Mingrui: Yea. I'm not lying, how could I lie to you?

Xinlong: You're just kidding, I know.

Mingrui: i'm tellin the freakin truth.

Xinlong: *pouts*

Mingrui: Got nothing to say?

Xinlong: Yea.

We saw Y/N walking towards us

Y/N: I'm back. *Starts eating*

Y/N POV

I went to the garden, 21 more minutes before our class starts, me, Mingrui and xinlong already ate. Xinlong decided to go visit her sister in the infirmary for some reasons. I don't know where Mingrui is going.

I'm at the garden right now, I slowly sat down on the grass, flowers are all around me. I closed my eyes, thinking and imagining that I'll be able to survive.

Xinlong's POV

I went to the garden as I saw Y/N sitting on the grass, while closing her eyes, I come near her slowly but she didn't notice someone was walking towards her. I sat Infront of her slowly trying not to make a one single sound :<

I picked a flower from my side, and slowly put it on her ear. She looks so pretty.

Y/N: Mingrui!?

Xinlong: ?

She slowly open her eyes...

Y/N: X...Xinlong?

Xinlong: *smile*

We stared each other for seconds

Y/N POV

Its...Xinlong.

Y/N: Why did you...do that?

Xinlong: Um... You're really pretty with that flower on your ear

Y/N: Thank you, I hope it isn't fake.

Xinlong: What? No, it's not!

Y/N: Mhm...

I stood up, he looked up at me, the bell rings.

Y/N: Oh... I guess i'll see you later.

Xinlong: Right.
