      "    Men of purpose for a future of meaning ...
work of meaning for men of purpose ...
rewards of greatness for purpose with meaning ...
and legacy of meaning for purposes full filled . "

Thoughts of incidents about to take place in the coming future deeply disturbed penlama , the monk felt heaviness in his heart , un easiness wandered in his mind,  the first signs of prophecies in Aryaman's scroll has become true , he truly wished if  life would have an alternative exit and if things about to happen wouldn't take place .

    Penlama remembered that day when his guru Saint Vashisht called penlama into his  chambers and introduced a young good looking man who was dressed in a white long cloth with golden lining on the edges wrapped around his torso diagonally and  another white cloth which had silver lining on the edges wrapped around his waist which was extended till his ankles , penlama could assume that he was not from anywhere near ;
" Ah yes , penlama come and meet Soairy "
said Vashisht when penlama entered his chambers ,
Penlama folded his palms as a gesture of respect and nodded to Soairy , and Soairy meet penlama , penlama is my student and like a son to me, i got penlama as an orphan when long ago in a landslide his parents and his entire village were killed , Penlama was only survivor , since then i took in penlama and this monastery is his home  , "
" Soairy has come from far away from the southern ends of this country , Soairy is about to be the Chief of Aekal tribe after his father's demise ; Aekal is one of the four tribes among the tribe Dokar , tribe Avra and tribe Aajoon who had not been invaded by Asoka the great during his expansion of the Maurya empire , it is said that Asoka did not invade them but appointed and trusted them to guard and protect some sacred books which contained knowledge and spells of the Asuras(Demons in hindu mythology) and Devas(Gods in hindu mythology), Asoka retrieved those books from a location where those books have been buried for thousands of years and Asoka discovered it while the army was digging a well ;
     it's said many centuries ago there occurred a war against the Devas and Asuras as Asuras tried to attack Devagiri (Abode of the Devas) , and a pact was made by Devas and Asuras to not to use the most dangerous knowledge which would upset the balance of the entire universe and kill all the mortal beings on this universe , thus to make it a fair fight Asuras brought in four books which contained knowledge about mind control , manipulation of karma and destiny , Ability to move forward and backwards in future and past , and knowledge to summon forces beyond this realm ; And Devas brought forward three books in which one contained Knowledge about weapons of mass destruction , another one which had Instructions on Torture and one with the knowledge to command and manipulate the natural forces and elements ;
  They buried these books in a location undisclosed and pledged to not to use any of the knowledge in those books during wars ,
untill Asoka the great discovered it during his conquest  to the North west   realizing the grave danger lying in those books , Asoka  distributed the 9 books among the tribes  who were outside the limits of his knigdom for safe guarding those books  and to make sure that those books never reaches into the wrong hands nor in possession of the enemies of his kingdom  , and these tribes entrusted these books to another nine people who is said to be the members of these tribes who lives outside among the modern world and hides in plain sight , when they die those books reaches back to these tribes and the tribes chooses another random nine people to safeguard it ."
penlama was listening keenly while Vashisht was narrating which would also slightly be used to praise Soairy in showing penlama how important and special of a person soairy is in terms of power and lineage .

" But Guru , you said these tribes are situated in the southern part of the country but Aajoon is here in the North east ? " asked penlama

" Actually ..." Vashisht was about to say something
when Soairy interrupted
" May i tell the story Vashisht ?" said Soairy ,
Penlama was amazed by how Soairy who was a young man addressed the Guru with his name , and seeing Vashisht's indifference to such an etiquette made penlama realize the importance and status of Soairy ;
  " Well long story short , Aajoon's Cheif Khoruzan colluded with an enemy who tried to infiltrate us , and we ousted Aajoon far away from us possible , also the Oracle has predicted that the Khoruzan's bloodline will perish, and Khoruzan is also said to be having an illegitimate offspring whom he had with a women outside the tribe , having a son with a woman outside of your own tribe is a sin and an offence against our traditions and culture , so here they are in the cold himalayas living out their miserable live "
Soairy spoke with hatred towards the aajoons in his words, penlama could see how proud he was to uphold the traditions of their tribes .

" Penlama actually i summoned you to stand guard for us outside my chambers, I don't trust anyone and it's of utmost importance that no one else hears our conversation  , 
now as the formalities has been met and the introductions exchanged  , would you be kind enough to stand outside my chambers and make sure that no one comes this way , and please close the door "
Saint Vashisht instructed to penlama ,
Penlama bowed in respect and dismissed himself , penlama was really curious to know what has a young man who is about to be a very powerful tribal chief had come to north east to see Guru Vashisht ? ;
Penlama did not close the door completely but left a small gap enough to peek what's happening inside ,
Penlama saw Soairy pulling out a black scroll from inside his clothes and Soairy gave it to Vashisht , and Vashisht stood up from his chair and walked towards the wall and pulled out a secret enclosure on the wall and kept the scroll inside , penlama was amazed to know that there was such an enclosure in the wall ,
though penlama had been into Vashisht's chambers plenty of time , but it was so well hidden in plain sight no one could have ever made out that there was a secret cupboard ,
Penlama saw Vashisht coming back and sat on his chair , he wasn't speaking but was keenly listening to Soairy who was speaking in a foreign language penlama could not understand , After some moments , Soairy stopped talking , kissed Vashisht on forehead who was sitting on the chair with his head lowered and Soairy jumped out of the room's window and disappeared .
Penlama was confused and curiosity increased as he just realized Soairy hadn't come through the front door and Vashisht wanted no one in the monastery to see Soairy except penlama .
Saint Vashisht suddenly turned his head to the gap where penlama was peeking in and locked eyes with penlama and gave a slight smile and stood up and sat on his bed into lotus posture and went into deep meditation .
