Create a second account. Keep reading that book of yours on that second account.
I once accidentally gave a person without reads about 200 reads in 2 - 3 days by clicking around on their book too much.
It was the beginning of a success story.
I do not know if Wattpad already fixed this. But you should take advantage of it until that happens.
