"Listen, I could care less if you live or if you die," Peter explained.

"Then why stop the big guy?" Gamora stopped and questioned him.

"Simple," he said as a smile stretched across his face. "You know where to sell my orb."

"Then how do you purpose we get out of here?" Gamora rolled her eyes.

Pete turned to Rocket and smirked.

"My friend, Rocket here, has broken out of twenty-two prisons."

"Oh, we're gettin' out," Rocket chummed in. "And then, we're going straight to Yondu to retrieve your bounty."

Peter licked his lips and he asked Gamora: "How much was your buyer willing to pay?"

Gamora took a breath.

"Four billion units," she replied.

All of our mouths dropped open.

"Holy shit," I said, amazed.

Peter gazed at me with the 'you-took-the-words-right-out-of-my-mouth' look.

"We'll spilt it between the four of us," Rocket noted.

"I am Groot!"

We turned to see Groot looking through the bars with a begging face.

"The five of us..." I corrected.

Rocket slapped his hand on his face.

"Asleep for the danger, awake for the money as frickin' usual," Rocket said, annoyed.

We departed to our cells once more, hoping there wouldn't be anymore trouble so we could sleep.

Peter squeezed my hand.

I blushed and looked him in the eyes.

"This is where I leave you, madam," he said, playfully.

"Not another late night visit, Star-Lord?" I giggled, egging him to come back with me.

He smiled and kissed me on the forehead.

"I will return soon, madam," he said as he let go of my hand and headed into the room crowded with prisoners.

"See you then," I called out to him.

He turned around and blew me a kiss.

I started to walk towards my own room.

A million thoughts went through my mind.

Was this a friendly thing?

Does he really LIKE me?

Am I too stupid to see if it's real or not?

I quickly shook the feeling off and laid down.

I'm just going to see how things play out after we get rid of the orb.
