Chapter 29 Empty

(Klaus' POV)

"Again" I growled, holding into my mate, as she lied limp in my arms

"I thought Bonnie made her better" Elijah growled

"She did" I told him

"This isn't about Bonnie" Rebekah told us

"How do you know?" I asked her

"She has this power, where she can take the pain away from whoever she wants" he told me

That made so much sense, that's why I was able to fight Bonnie's power, Venus was protecting me

"Then what's happening to her now?" I asked Rebekah

"I don't know, she's been protecting us all at one point or another. Maybe it's sucking all the energy out of her" my sister sujested

"Maybe" I mumbled, carrying up to my bedroom

I lied her down on my bed and covered her up

"You're going to be alright" I promised her, kissing her head lightly

(Venus' POV)

They were all there, so many voices, so much pain

All screaming, all crying

'Quiet, quiet, be quiet' I yelled, holding my head and closing my eyes shut

They were all so loud, but when I looked around me, there was no one

It was all in my head

'Help'

'I want to come out'

'Save us'

'Please help me'

'Get us out of here'

All of a sudden, everything became quiet and all I could hear was breathing

'Venus, help me' I heard, from behind me

I turned around quickly, but there was only darkness

Nothing more, nothing less, they are only voices

'Help' the same voice said again

I took a step forwards and flew back

It was almost as if someone had pushed me back

'Who are you' I asked, getting up on my feet

'You know who I am' the voice said, almost as if he were taunting me

I didn't say anything

Then he chuckled and I knew, I knew it was Mikhail

'Mikhail' I gasped, trying to find him

'Venus, you have to get me out if here' he said to me

'How, how do I help you' I asked him, looking around, but I only hear his voice

'Get me out of here' he said, his voice getting further away from me

'I don't know how' I told him, looking around

'Get me out of here' his voice faded away from me

'Mikhail, Mikhail, where are you' I called out

Where are you, where are you, where are you, where are you?

Those three words kept replacing in my head, but I was no longer there

I was opening my eyes, letting them adjust to the light

A blob, that soon became a figure, that soon became a person, that soon became a man, was sitting infront of me

"Klaus" I groaned, holding my head

"Hello love" he smiled at me

"What happend" I asked, looking down at my hands

"You passed out" he said, getting up and walked over to my side of the bed

"Oh" I said, sitting up in my bed

"Just rest, your brothers will be here soon" he told me, smiling down at me

"You called my brothers?" I asked, trying to get up

"No, Elijah did. He thought they should know" Klaus lightly pushed me down, sitting down by my side

I sighed and nodded

His hand was on my leg and my eyes were closing

I slowly put my hand on his and pulled it to my chest, over my heart

He stiffend, not knowing, what I was about to do

"Im tired now, can I sleep?" I asked him

I felt as if all the energy was drained out of me

That place that I was in, with Mikhail was dark and empty

It too something away from me, that wasn't just my energy

I felt it, I felt as if something is now missing

Something was missing in my heart and with Klaus' hand over the empty place inside me, I felt better

I felt whole

Klaus had made his way, around the bed and curled up at my side, shaping his body with mine, his hand still over my chest

"Sleep now, tomorrow, everything will be better" he whispard in my ear, cuddling his head into my neck

'Help me' I heard Mikhail's voice one last time

His voice faded away into nothingness

Then, Klaus took over every part if me, my dreams, my mind, my body, and most of all, my heart

"Sleep" he said again and ten slept at my side
