A day to remember -(Zayn Malik fanfic)

first date

I woke up in the morning with a huge headache and a bump on the back of my head. I looked over to the side to see that my phone lite up and vibrated I teacher over and picked it up, it said unknown. I opened my phone and went to the text it said.

*Hey love it's Zayn.*

When I saw it, the biggest smile went on my face. Olivia woke up and looked at me.

"Why are you smiling when it's this early in the morning?" She said with a grougy voice.

"Oh umm nothing." I mumbled.

"I just cant believe we meet one direction it so crazy I wish I gave Harry my number. Anna did you give Zayn your number?" She questions looking straight at me.

"No." I said in a low voice. I didn't want Olivia to know about me and Zayn, at least not yet. If there was a me and Zayn? I didnt want anybody to know until it's real, and we have to talk about it. Olivia was my best friend so it's going to be so hard to keep it from her.

"So what should we do today?" Olivia said intrupting my thoughts.

"I dont know. I think before we do anything we should go down stairs and eat something I'm starving." I went to the closet and picked out a light purple shirt that flowed down, blue skinny jeans, black furry short boots, a blue jeans jacket. I dont usually wear accessories but I did today. I wore a cream color heart necklace and a light purple hard bracelet. I put my hair to the side in a messy pony tail and looked over at my phone again is was another text from Zayn I knew it was Zayn because it was still a number. I didnt save it as Zayn Malik yet.

*Do you want to go out for coffee?* The text said.

I replied with, *Yes, where do you want to go?*

Olivia was already waiting down stairs for me with Elena, so I put my phone in my pocket and went to the elevator. The door opened and I pressed the ground floor button the door closed. While I was going down I herd WMYB on the radio and after it finished they were talking about the boys tour in the US I smiled and the door opened. the whole class was sitting in the lobby waiting for everybody to finish. Olivia, Elena, and I went to the cafe in the hotel. I ordered a fruit salad and so did Olivia and Elena. We were eating while talking about what we were going to do today.

"Guys where were you last night?" Said Elena with a suspicious look in her eyes.

"We were at the london eye we just wanted to see it, and then come back but we got lost, and when you texted us we just took a cab home." I said, my words came out rushed.

"Yeah." Olivia agreed.

"Oh okay, well bye I have to go with my group." Elena walks away and goes with the rest of the people.

"Why didn't you say we meet one direction?"

"Because nobody can know except for us. No one is going to believe us anyways, and they probably don't even remember us." I said trying not to show my happiness that I'm about to go on a date with the Zayn Malik.

Zayn texted me again and it said

*Meet me at Starbucks at 3:00 pm see you there. X :) *

I couldn't help but smile and looked at the time it was 11:00 am I had a bit of time left. I looked at the big group that was headed out the door. I walked over to the group and we made our way to the bus. The bus was a two story bus and it was huge and red like the one that 1D were on in there one thing music video. Olivia and Elena were on the top so, I went over and sat next to them. 

"This is so awesome" Olivia said. 

"Yeah and cold" Elena added shivering. 

"Come on, it's not that cold Elena" I said laughing. The tour guide started talking about the things around us. Then finally we got to big ben and Olivia and I started to smile and then we got to the London Eye and got off of the tour bus. There wasn't a really long line for it so we stood there waiting. I was looking around and it was much more clear in the daytime. I looked to the right and saw a Starbucks and smiled I think that's the one Zayn wants me to go to I said to myself. I just wanted to make sure so, I asked the tour guide and he said that there wasn't another Starbucks for at least 10 miles. 

It was our turn so Olivia called me and I went up to them. 

"What were you asking the tour guide Anna?" asked Olivia.

"Oh umm how long it takes to be in the london eye" I said nervously hoping she wouldn't ask me how long it really takes.

"Oh ok cool, I cant wait it's going to be so beautiful up there"

We walked in, and the guy told us what not to do, and what we can do then closed the door. It was so beautiful up there, we could see all the building and trees. Everyone looked so tiny from up here, it was amazing. When we were at the very top suddenly it stopped! 

'Why did it stop!?" I yelled in a scared voice. I'm exteremly scared of heights and I'm not doing so well.

"Somebody is just getting on guys calm down" Elena said in a very smooth voice and a faint laugh.

Ten minutes passed by. "I dont think it takes ten minutes to get on! were stuck! were so stuck omg were stuck!" I said panicking at this point. 

"Were not stuck!" Said Elena. 

"Omg I will never get to tell Harry I love him! I'm going to die right here!" Olivia said with tears going down her face. 

I look at the time and its 2:30 I only have 30 minutes I thought to myself im not going to make it and Zayn is going to think I stood him up and then he's going to hate me. I cant believe this is happening why me!? why now!? 

When it turned 3:10 zayn texted me *where are you love?*

I replied *I'm so sorry Zayn I'm stuck in the london eye it's going to take a while until they fix it*

*are you ok babe? Did any thing happen to you?*

*I'm fine Zayn, don't worry. Oh it started working Zayn ill be right down :)*

*ok love. See you!*

It took about 30 minutes to get down. At 4 o'clock we were down on the ground, and I  was so relived to be on the ground. Mrs.wright said that we could leave and go where ever we want and I told Elena and Olivia that I was going to the market to get some stuff and then I left. I went straight to Starbucks and when I walked in I saw a boy in a dark hoodie sitting in the corner with flowers on the table. I walked up to him and Zayn looked up and smiled he gave me a hug and told me to sit down.

"Finally out?" Zayn said laughing. 

"Yeah it was really scary I actually thought we were going to die." I said rubbing my forehead nervousely.

"Oh no. If you died then who would I give these flowers too?" he said. 

"Aww that's so sweet" I said blushing. He handed me the flowers and kissed my check.

"Here you go love" He said. 

Still blushing I said, "thank you" We ordered some coffee and cake and talked all night. there were a lot of things that I didn't know about Zayn. We stayed at Starbucks untill 9:00 pm it was amazing. Zayn told me all about his family and life before the X factor. When we finished from Starbucks we walked down the street and he walked me to the hotel and kissed me goodnight. 

"Lets do this again some time" He said. We hugged and I went up stairs to the room smiling all the way. I walk in my room and Olivia and Elena where there waiting for me. 

"Where were you? Elena and Olivia said simultanousley.

"I was out with an old friend we had a good time." I changed my clothes and went to bed. laying on my bed thinking about today and how amazing it was, well most of it was. I let out a small giggle and closed my eyes.
