Chapter - Masquarade party

Dianne's POV

Dahil matigas ang ulo nang lola niyo, talagang hindi ko siya pinapansin. Nakarating na kami sa venue at lahat lahat ngunit wala pa rin kaming imikan.

Si Monique ay kwento lang ng kwento, pero alam ko'ng nararamdaman niya ang atmosphere na namamagitan saamin ni Jonathan.

Pagkarating namin ay halos wala akong kilala. Oh darn it! Paano sila makikilala kung nakamaskara?

Hinawakan ni Jonathan ang bewang ko ngunit agad akong umalis sa tabi niya. Duon siya sa special someone niya.

Ipinalibot ko ang tingin ko sa venue. Madilim na dito at dim lights na lang ang gumagana. Ang music ay parang mga music sa enggrandeng hotels. Nakakarelax.

Mabuti nalang pala at hindi pa gaano maumbok ang tiyan ko, siguro ay mahihirapan ako'ng mag hanap nang gown na ganito kaganda.

Sa harap ay may dalawang Gold mask na nakadisplay, ngunit wala ako'ng ideya kung kanino ang mga 'yon.

Ipinagkibit balikat ko 'yon. The whole place was designed like a real palace, kapag binuksan ang mga ilaw ay siguradong magmumukhang palasyo ito.

The Chandelier on the ceiling is shining and I can't stop myself from taking a picture of it.

Hinahanap ko si Jonathan pero hindi ko 'to makita kahit saan. Tinext ko din siya ngubit hindi ako nakarecieve nang kahit ano'bg reply mula sakanya nang nang may nag announce sa stage kaya naman napatingin ako roon.

"Good Evening ladies and Gentlemen! So today is our Masquarade party! We are going to start our Program ofcourse with a prayer." Anang announcer saka may babaeng naka Dark blue na gown. Wow! I bet she's pretty kahit na may mask ito.

Nag dasal siya at ganun din ako. Nang matapos ang prayer ay kinuha nang announcer ang mic.

"Thank you, Eliza, Now, We are going to continue our program with a Performances that are specially made by our Schoolmates-" natigil ang announcer sa pagsasalita nang may lumapit dito'ng isang lalake na nakamaskara din.

Bumaling sila saakin kaya naman kumunot ang nuo ko. Nagtinginan naman sila ulit. Hindi ko alam pero nacurious ako dahil sa pagngiti nang annoucer hanggang mata. Nagjojoke ba 'yung lumapit sakanya? about saakin?

Humarap saamin ang announcer at saka ngumiti. "Okay folks, We will be having our first performance by a student the we know so much. " Anang announcer saka umalis sa stage. Wow. Is that a clue? Ano naman ang kinalaman ko duon?

Mas lalong dumilim. Ultimo ang stage ay madilim. Akala ko ba ay may magpo-perform? bakit madilim?

Nagulat ako nang bumukas ang spotlight at inilawan nun ang lalakeng nasa harap, hawak ang kanyang gitara.

He was wearing a Maroon Tuxedo and maroon mask. Teka, nakita ko ito-

Natigil ang pagiisip ko nang kumanta ang lalake sa harap. I don't know but I felt my heart flutter. Nagsimula ang pagstrum niya sa gitara at strum pa lamang ay alam ko na ang kantang ihahain niya saamin.

My heart was beating fast. By His lovely voice, I know who is that Mask Man. It's the father of my child.

It's the man I love the most, the Man I wanted to grow up with, the man I want to be the father of my children, the Man I will Always love until my last breath.

I gasped when his eyes are finding me. At nang makita niya ako ay ngumiti siya, dahilan nang pagtalbog nang puso ko.

My tears are flowing...His voice was like a beautiful music to my ears, ayoko itong matapos. Ewan ko kung bakit ako naiiyak samantalang I should be proud of this man infront. No, I really am Proud and that's because he's right infront singing a lovely song dedicated for me.

Oh God, how blessed am I with the child of this man and the father of this child inside me.

Yes, Jonathan, I know you'll be a good and the best father of your children. Naiiyak ako. It's a tear of joy. I can't imagine myself without this man again. Hindi ko na kaya.
