Grandpa asks with stern face "What do you plan to do to her?".
Lu Cheng looks out of a floor-to-ceiling window says "I should find her real motive..if she had any".
Grandpa grunts "Hump!! She even brought the DNA results to cheat me!!".
Lu Cheng smiles "So you believed her fake results".
Grandpa furrowed his eye brows "Don't plan anything about the child she brought".
Lu Cheng looks at him surprisingly "Don't say you decided to raise the child".
Grandpa gets angry "You!! What was that child's mistake!? Why should I punish that little kid!!?"
He warns Lu Cheng "Dare you do anything against my granddaughter!".
Lu Cheng laughs "I can't believe you are already fond of that kid!!".
Grandpa slam the table "I dare you do against my wish!!".
Lu Cheng chuckles "Well..I have already done that" and smiles.
Grandpa scoffs "Don't praise yourself!! Now go and be with your wife and son!!" and adds "I don't want my great grandson to miss his father!!".
While walking towards door "Cheng?" Lu Cheng hears his grandpa's voice and stops "Yes grandpa?".
Grandpa speaks in a concerned tone "Why don't you continue with this marriage? I think that girl is good in heart". He noticed Tang Xi while taking care of Jing, she planned everything personally. He liked her a lot, as she is from a prestigious background too! Everyone knows Tang Corps' perfumes and their reach around the country!.
Lu Cheng gets uncomfortable and grandpa frowns "Are you planning to abandon her after using her?".
Lu Cheng grits his teeth "I didn't use her grandpa!!" and blurts out in rage "She was the one used me!!".
Grandpa enjoys seeing his helpless face and wonders "What did she do?".
Lu Cheng take a deep breath and embarrassed to say "She got Jing's complete custody from me!".
Grandpa's eye went wide "What!?".
Lu Cheng pursed his lips but continues "She didn't told me about Jing before marriage and got my sign of his custody papers right after marriage..and signed a contract".
Grandpa's face turned ugly hearing that and roars "I really thought she was good!! She cheated to get my gra-".
Lu Cheng closes his eyes in complete humiliation as he never felt this ashamed.And he really don't want to be laughed by Grandpa with his next words.But he has to say otherwise grandpa will misunderstand Tang Xi.
He says "She sign contract that she won't use custody to threaten us and wouldn't separate him from us, even she won't involve in our personal matters".
Lu Cheng's heart sank hearing Grandpa's loud laughing and curses himself for being so stupid.
Grandpa's smiles brightened "Then I need to make her my granddaughter-in-law!! She is really impressive!!".
Lu Cheng couldn't take it anymore gets and gets out slamming the door.Grandpa gets thinking seeing Lu Cheng's back and mumbles "This seems good".
Lu Cheng walks towards the room where Tang Xi and Jing were staying. He stopped to see her standing near window looking at sky .....lost in thoughts?.
Tang Xi feels other person's presence and looks at the door.
Lu Cheng looks around as if he was searching something.She says "He is in next room.I will bring him".
He stops her and says " We need to talk".
She smiles and nods "You can say"and looks at him nervously.Can I ask him about Jing's mom? Will he get mad?.
He looks at her nervous and explains "If you are expecting me to announce our marriage in this party,then I am informing you ...no".
Tang Xi gets suspicious and frowns "Announcement? Of marriage?".
She laughs realizing his words "Oh!! Don't worry Mr.Lu. I am not expecting that..Now your grandpa knows everything-".
Lu Cheng was taken aback about her suddenly denial "Then why did look nervous?".
Tang Xi blinks and really couldn't help but get nervous.She sees him staring her and blurts "I-I was think you to thank you before...but I couldn't see you..So Thank you for helping me while I was sick before".
Lu Cheng looks at her and couldn't help but smile "I told you that was-".
Tang Xi says "That's ok, if you think that way.But I really wanted to thank you and-" gets thinking. Shall say I him to forget about that day?.
Lu Cheng looks her biting lips and grips his fist. Why am I nervous....?
Tang Xi sighs "If you are avoiding me because of 'that' day, then you don't have to...Its ok.I really don't mind-".
Lu Cheng stares at her and walks out without hearing her anymore. His face was filled with disappointment. She doesn't mind?
Tang Xi "..."- Did I make him mad by remembering that? Oh! God!! Now he won't talk to me for another week!!
