Veronica was at home, reading a drama whilst drinking sparkling water she found.

Suddenly, her dad came in. "Hello mija."

Veronica was too into her book, she didn't respond.

"How was school?" He asked.

"Good." Veronica said, nonchalantly.

Hiram went into the kitchen, grabbing a glass, when he found something unusual on the dinner table.

"Uhm, mija." He said. "What's this?"

He brought it to the living room, where Veronica is.

Veronica looked up, seeing her father holding up Jughead's beanie.

"Why do you have this?" He asked.

Veronica thought for a moment. "I dared him to go a day without it. So I kept it here, just in case he cheats."

She decided to tell the truth.

"I thought you two weren't friends." Hiram said.

"We're not. Well, I guess we're frenemies now. From enemies to frenemies."

Hiram sighed, then went to his study.

Veronica was in bed, getting comfortable. She was in a white t-shirt. Specifically Archie's shirt. And the rest is just her underclothes.

She just got all ready for bed, until there was a bang on her window.

Veronica got up to to see what it was. She looked out her window, all of a sudden, Jughead appeared right in front of her face.

She screamed, until Jughead covered her mouth.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Veronica asked.

"Here to get my beanie." He said.

"What?" Veronica checked her phone. 12:31am.

It's already midnight? She thought.

"Why aren't you asleep?" Veronica asked.

"I can't sleep knowing my beanie is in the same house as Hiram Lodge." He said.

Veronica was speechless. "But- the-" she couldn't find the right words. "Window?"

Jughead chuckled, a bit. "If I went through the front door, you wouldn't answer. Because you're in bed. And your dad wouldn't open the door for me."

"Just wait here." She said.

"Wait, can I come in? I'm literally hanging, holding on to the windowsill. Why is your window so high up?" Jughead questioned.

Veronica sighed, and let him in.

"Thanks." He said, staring at her strangely.

Veronica was confused, but ignored it. She ran to grab his beanie from the couch. She came back and gave it to him.

Jughead sat on the windowsill, ready to take off. "By the way, your should put on some more clothes."

Veronica's eyes widened. Realizing that she's only wearing a t-shirt.

She jumped onto her bed, covering herself up with her blankets.

Jughead chuckled, then left to his house.

Veronica was at Pop's, having breakfast. She was also writing in her personal journal.

Just then, Reggie came in, and settled in Veronica's booth.

"Hey V." He said, exhausted.

"You look tired." Veronica said.

"I am." He yawned. "I woke up at 5am and couldn't fall back asleep."

"And now you're tired?" Veronica questioned. Reggie nodded.

"Well, then go to sleep." Veronica suggested.

"I already came all the way here." He laid his head on the table.

"You can fall asleep here. I'll watch over you." Veronica chuckled.

"Okay. Thanks bae." He immediately fell asleep.

Bae? Veronica's eyebrows furrowed.

Veronica continued eating, and writing, while giggling at the snoring Reggie Mantle.
