Neil-(still looking into the file and not caring to see who came to his cabin) sister aap us bed no : 201 ke pateint Ka diet plan revise Kar ke use semi fluid diet pe dal do after consulting dietitian
(Put pateint no.201 on semi fluid diet)

Neil-(still in the file) ye kya hai Maine kitne time pehle bola tha mujhe strong coffee chahiye lekin nhi Kisi ko bhi kaam nhi aata
( What's this! Since how long I am asking for coffee but no one gave me)

Avni-sir Ur coffee is just beside Ur hand probably since long and it states that by now it would have become cold wait let me order u a new warm and mild coffee.

Neil- when did u came? No thanks for coffee!( His eyes red due to continuous work since last 48 hrs and least sleeping as whenever he slept he used to recall Arjun)

Avni-sir I am here since last 10mins and u were busy so thought not to disturb you but are you ok?

Neil-yes I am completely fine so what makes you come here?(just thought not to make an eye contact else she would ask many questions unaware of the fact that she already knew that something is wrong with him)

Avni-sir actually I am here to discuss the accident case whom we are gonna operate who's been taken to OT

Neil-any complications?

Avni-yes! I think that due to severe pushing there might be internal bleeding and also we need to transfuse blood due to excess blood loss, but our priority being stopping the internal bleeding if any.

Neil-what about their vitals and any known ailments or medical history?

Avni- according to the information obtained the person was brought by the passer by and hospital staff is trying to contact the relatives but overall vitals are under control apart from minor injuries there seems to be factures as well, clearly states that it's hit and run case followed by FIR to be filed and we are waiting for your instructions to carry forward the actions!
( Avni thought it's best to divert his mind and would ask him later about his mood as it's not time to waste and pateint is really in need of attention)

Neil-well I would be there in next 15mins just take the necessary measures and start with initial procedures I will be there till then and I want you to be completely focus , I won't tolerate any goof ups, is that clear!?

Avni-y..yes sir

Neil- just leave what are u waiting for!?

Avni- nothing sir ...I will take your leave!

Avni left from there murmuring something under breath to continue with the instructions given by Neil whereas Neil was just assuring himself to focus and continue with the surgery

Neil-(himself) u can do it aaj use 5 saal ho gaye, jab itna time chala gaya to aur sahi aaj tu nhi tootega u know na voh tujhe aise nhi dekh sakta, you have to be strong for himself bas ye soch ye akhiri baar hai ki tu aaj akela hai next time voh hoga tere saath ...just calm down

Meanwhile Ali came to check on him as he knew how hard was for him so he being a good friend came to him to assure him and soothe him if possible not that he was not missing him but he knew it's not the moment to break rather he has to be there by his side

He just patted his shoulder as Neil was back facing him, remembering his moments with him and those tears that were threatening to fall came as if a dam broke down

Just as he felt someone's hand he didn't stopped rather he just hugged him as tight as possible and let those tears flow

Neil-Ali voh.....v.....voh....a..Ali.......( He kept crying as he was not able to continue further so Ali being sensible just asked the hospital staff to switch all his surgeries and appointment with substitute doctors available and also informed mitali to take up the surgery which Avni was speaking about inspite of Neil's constant refusal)
