They all had gathered in the throne-room after one hectic day. Sasha had wanted to make Almar the king as soon as possible in order to get everything back to normal. In doing so, they had sent out soldiers all over the kingdom to spread the good message of their victory. Almar sat in his throne, the place he would take a seat in, every day for the rest of his life. Looking out over the massive hall, the high ceiling and the giant pillars supporting it, he couldn't help but feel like he needed someone next to him, so he wouldn't be so lonely. Then, the giant golden doors opened and in walked Lusha.

"The messages have been sent, my Prince" she said.

"Thank you for telling me," Almar said, looking at her with warmth in his eyes.

Lusha looked up and smiled back. Then, she slowly started walking up the steps to the stairs, leading to the throne. One after one, all while looking at Almar with a peculiar little smile until she reached the top. Almar looked up at her from his throne, thinking she was the most beautiful woman in the world.

She slowly wrapped her arms around his neck as Almar held her in his and Lusha slowly stretched up to him. Their lips touched and this time, they meant it. Lusha pulled him to her and she fell down on the throne in Almars lap. She just sat there, staring into his eyes. All of a sudden, she just smacks his cheek.

"Ow! What was that for!?" Almar said, rubbing his sore cheek.

"Next time you decide to save the world, don't scare me half to death!" she said harshly while hitting his chest. To Almar's surprise though, the beating was not hurting, she wasn't putting any power into her punches.

"Is this how you would treat your future king?" Almar asked jokingly.

"I-I thought that, I would lose you," Lusa spoke in a quiet, unsteady voice.

Tears slowly started falling from her eyes and onto Almar's chest. Her pain made his heart sting like it really had been stabbed by Zyrons sword. Putting one hand on Lusha's wet cheek, he wiped away the tears.

"I'm alive and I'm happy that you're alive as well," Almar said.

"I...I love you," Lusha said, leaning down in his embrace.

"Lusha!?" Almar said with a surprised voice.

"You heard me, stupid," Lusha replied, not looking up at his face.

As he watched her, he couldn't help but notice how her cheeks were incredibly red. It brought him a smile to his lips.

"I love you too," Almar replied. Then, Lusha finally looked up and, leaning in, she kissed him and he kissed her back.

When they finally took a break from each others lips Almar asked: "will you marry me?".

"Yes," she said with a smile, with tears dripping down yet again, but this time, they were tears of happiness.

A few months later...

The doors to the throne room opened and both Almar and Lusha stood up to see who it was. In came Sasha with Eir by his side, holding her arm for support. The wounds he had received in the dungeons hadn't quite yet healed, especially a certain broken leg which still gave him a slight limp. Eir looked upon the happy couple with equally happy eyes. Sasha smiled warmly as well.

"Will you be okay now?" Eir asked, looking up into Sasha's eyes with worry showing on her face. He smiled with his pale grey eyes and nodded.

"Let's go then," Eir said, looking at Lusha. Together, they walked out of the room.
