"Do you find the idea of sleeping with me that abhorrent?"

"N-no! I'm just really bad in bed," I stammered, scared he would hurt me if I told him I didn't wanna share the bed with him.

There was silence in the dark room and I thought he drifted off to sleep, content with my answer.

But I froze when I felt him shift.

"Are you, now?," he said in a thick voice, close to my ear.

I jumped a little and scooted over to the other side.

"W-what?"

"Are you really bad in bed?"

I contemplated telling him... figuring it was best if I warned him beforehand.

"Yes. I thrash around and sometimes wake up with bruises," I said, a little embarrassed.

"Now that is bad," he said but something in his voice didn't sound right. "But doesn't that mean it was the other person sleeping with you, bad?"

Other person?

"Oh.. no, apparently I once kicked him off the bed, so I slept alone after that," I sighed.

"What a sissy," I heard him mutter.

"I know right! I said that to him when he complained about it to dad!," I huffed.

"WHAT?," he turned the side lamp on and looked at me, shocked.

"What?," I sat up, scared.

Did I offend him somehow? Dammit, I shouldn't have shared this much.

But suddenly, he gained his composure as he asked, "Who are you talking about?"

"M-my b-brother-," and Jimin fell off the bed laughing.

Okay, what?

"Are you okay?," I asked in a timid voice.

"Yeah," he said, still not completely over it.

I just looked at him, confused about what just happened.

"So you actually move around a lot in your sleep," he wheezed.

Never thought that was funny-

I nodded.

"Well, let's just end this here at this: if anything of yours ends up on my side, you'll never see it again, be it your arm, your leg or... your head."

Goosebumps all over my body.

His voice changed from that thick, soft voice to this sinister one in mere seconds.

"Is that clear, wife?"

Holding my arms in front of my chest, I nodded feverishly.

"Good night," he said, turned the light off and plopped back.
