Chapter 7: Midnight Thoughts

We spent the day yesterday walking around and getting to know one another. It was nice and after getting back around eight, my parents began to ask questions.

I told them my situation and was scared of their response. What would they think of me spending my family vacation with a boy, especially a boy from school.

But I was taken back by their response. They were, happy for me. I sled them multiple times if they actually fully understood the situation and they laughed at my words and actions. My parents were never so, easy going. Especially when it came to boys. Is it because I've never actually had a boyfriend or been on a date.

After my little fit about them not being mad because that's just the type of parents they are, they gave me the okay to be with him the rest of our vacation. They said they could tell I was really happy. That and they personally knew jungkook's parents. They trusted his parents so why shouldn't they trust their kid?

Now it was late at night and I couldn't sleep again. Thoughts swarmed my mind of today's events. I've never felt so personally close to someone besides Sloan. She's only ever been the only one to open up to me so freely. And now I have two people with that trust I can fully depend on.

Saturday, 1:24 A.M.

Jungkook: Were your
parents mad?

You: Surprisingly, no

Jungkook: I could've sworn
you told me that your
parents are total hard asses

You: They usually are!

You: I was kind of freaking
out that they weren't mad...

Jungkook: Well then
everything's good!

You: No, not everythings
good!

Jungkook:??

You: We still have Reece
to worry about

Jungkook: Oh! You mean my
mini you stalker?

You: precisely

You: If she finds out, figuring
out what to do when we get
back will be the least of our
worries.

You: We won't want to go back
at all if she gets ahold that
we've been meeting up here.

Jungkook: She's willing to
start rumors sbout her
own sister? That's harsh...

You: Not if it's negative but
her term for negetive runs
deep

You: In her little brain, she
sees it as a favor for others

Jungkook: So you're telling
me that she won't hesitate
to say we're "together"
because it'll be supposedly
good for you?

You: Basically

You: She sees it as her big
sister getting good clout
because she's "dating the
popular guy"

You: And then there's, she'll
get clout because she had a
connection to you personally.

Jungkook: I don't want to
diss out your family like
this because I bet Reece is
a good person behind that
screen but your little sister
is a demon
