A Week Later
Baekhyun sat on the living room floor coloring his little heart away. He had begged and begged Chanyeol to buy him a coloring book until the man finally did. Baekhyun was so happy with it too. He hummed to himself as he colored he was minding his business as people walked around the house doing business with Chanyeol.
"Whatcha got there?" Chanyeol spoke behind Baekhyun
Baekhyun turned around a wide smile covering his face. Chanyeol was leaning against the door frame watching Baekhyun.
"look!" Baekhyun spoke excitedly jumping up
Chanyeol walked closer as Baekhyun shoved the almost finished work into his hands.
"it's beautiful" Chanyeol smiled causing Baekhyun to blush
"Now listen, I have a meeting in a few minutes and I can't promise I'll be home tonight," Chanyeol spoke a hand on Baekhyun's arm
"B-But how will I sleep?" Baekhyun pouted
"I'll call you how about that?"
"how is that going to help?!" Baekhyun stomped his foot
"You can fall asleep to my voice"
"No! Th-That's not what I want!" Baekhyun whined crossing his arms
Chanyeol watched the boy amused by his actions. This was going to be the second time he threw a fit. The first time was when Chanyeol said no to a coloring book. He ended up buying it anyway but the meltdown Baekhyun had was absolutely adorable.
"That's how it has to be" Chanyeol smirked
"WELL, I WANT YOU!" Baekhyun shouted jumping up and down aggravated
"Do you now?" Chanyeol chuckled
Baekhyun stood there for a moment his eyes widening at what he had just said. A wild blush covered his face as he turned away from Chanyeol.
"There's no use in hiding it" Chanyeol smirked wrapping his arms around Baekhyun's waist
"I-I didn't mean it like that!" Baekhyun whined
"Then how did you mean it?" Chanyeol smirked his hands on Baekhyun's hips
"I-I like your cuddles" Baekhyun spoke nervously
"Alright well I guess I'll try to make it back by tonight" Chanyeol smirked walking away
Baekhyun quickly followed a small smile on his lips.
"You...You will?" Baekhyun's eyes sparkled
"Yup, now go on and eat dinner I need to get going," Chanyeol smirked
Baekhyun skipped into the dining room as Chanyeol walked away. He wasn't going to sleep until Chanyeol got home. He'd watch some cartoons to pass the time.
