They are typically a being that can control four natural elements:
-fire
-earth
-water
-air
They are also known to have strong connections with animals. Witches and mermaids have been known to use elemental like powers. Like how witches use fire and mermaids can use water.
Powers:
-control over fire
-control over water
-control over air
-control over earth
-manipulate the weather
-Flight/levitation
-golem creation
-teleport of move through earth, air, water or fire
-breathe underwater
Weaknesses:
-decapitation
-if they are using fire then water will be a weakness or the opposite. If they are using earth water will be a weakness and the opposite. And so on.
-other elementals can be used to kill each other.
-mortality
