It's a dream here, more like nightmare.
I see you smiling, as if you really don't care .
Call me crazy but,
I've never seen someone work so hard,
To end it all, just to fall, play that joker card.
Tie your shoe laces, no noose in this place and,
Remember your first name, let it roll off your tongue,
Can't get it wrong, it's the same.
Call me crazy but,
I have no reason to lie.
Your mind is hazy but,
You've still found reasons to cry.
No not today.
You'll say, no tomorrows the right time.
Too bad the words your friends mutter ain't worth a damn dime to you huh?
Kinda scared to love huh?
Those words you carve,
The marks you watch all scar,
Will remind you tomorrow is a better day to stop living.
But what if never comes?
By the time tomorrow is today it's not tomorrow anymore, what I'm tryna say is;
Keep saying tomorrow, keep waiting another day.
It ain't your time yet, this world ain't painted grey.
Save a day for your brother
Your mother,
Your new puppy,
Your lover.
Save a day.
Save a day for tomorrow.
Today is not the last.
Save a day for tomorrow.
Tomorrow will never be the past.
It's too late,
To wait for tonight,
Wait for tomorrow,
You'll be alright
You're oblivious huh?
Can't see the obvious truth.
Yeah this hurts.
It's the worst.
But that's youth!
You've gotta hurt to feel fine.
You've gotta lose to find.
Gotta leave before you stay.
Gotta leave, yeah go away!
Tie your bandana around your head and be cocky.
Back talk, get shot, this road is rocky.
But gravel is all you've known.
Beatings is how you've grown.
It's your life to chose.
Your life to lose.
Pick smiles or cheap booze.
Swagger or good moods.
