Maggie's Pov
I'm sitting in my wheelchair impatiently waiting for Eben to call. But he's probably not gonna call for another couple of hours.
Today is gonna be the most boring day ever, like I can't go out because people are gonna see me and post about it. So that would totally ruin the surprise.
So basically, my day is gonna consist of, wheeling around the hotel room, listening to music and eating. Oh and sleeping, can't forget that. Annnnnddddd, counting down the minutes until Ebens call.
"Maggie are you sure you can-" he starts and clears his throat "Um walk" he finishes
"Yes Logan. Why are you so worried like it's gonna be 10 feet or something anyways" I say for the hundredth time.
I swear Logan's been so worried about me walking those few feet. Like he's seen me during physio therapy, I can do it. And if worst comes to worst, I fall and someone helps me up. Nothing bad can happen. Nothing worse then what I went threw, can happen. I've literally been threw hell and back, what can 10 feet do to me, nothing. Absolutely. Nothing
"I just don't want you to fall" He says
"Oh my Jesus Logan if I fall, all it takes is One person to pick me up again. That's it" I say taking a bite of my apple. "Why are you so worried about this" I ask
"I'm worried your legs aren't ready to walk 10 feet Maggie. You could literally fall and break your bones that are just starting to get better again" He explains a bit worried
"Logan bro, I promise nothing bad is going to happen" I say "just trust me ok" I smile softly
A smile creeps onto his face and he gets up and messes my hair then laughs
"Fine I trust you" he chuckles. I roll my eyes playfully and laugh
"Thanks for messing my hair" I say as he walks into his room
"Anytime Lovebird" He laughs
Time skip
Brendan, Logan and I are all just chilling in the hotel, using our phones. Pretty boring if you ask me. Then I get a call from Eben and a huge smile forms on my face. Finally. The long awaited call, came
"Hello" I say trying not to sound overly excited
"The boys just got onstage so hurry" Eben says across the line
"K! I'll text you when we get there" I say smiling big
"See ya Maggie" he says then hangs up
"Guys let's goooooooo" I say wheeling to the door fast.
"Dang Maggie slow down" Brendan laughs
"No yOu Hurry up" I laugh
"Again with the attitude wow" He chuckles
"Let's just go" I giggle as he pushes me down the hall and Logan follows
We all leave the hotel and as usual, I get put into the seat and yA. That fun stuff. The driver starts going down to the venue and my heart beat gets faster and faster by the second. I can't help but smile big as the venue comes into view. Finally
I quickly text Eben to get us in threw the back as we park the car. After a few minutes he comes out and we all pile out of the Uber after paying the driver
"Come on" Eben says as he holds the back door open.
Logan wheels me in and Eben runs in front of us.
"Ok let's go to this room so Michelle doesn't see you" Eben whispers as he walks into his dressing room. "The boys have one more change after this and their room is right next to mine so we gotta stay quiet" He says sitting down
I guess I'll just keep all my excitement inside. Gosh i feel like screaming and jumping around with joy, that's how happy I am. He turns the TV on and we can watch them preform. Wow
"Aw" I smile softly. I'm fangirling so hard. Even if he's my boyfriend I still fangirl over his band. Not even gonna lie
"Aw lovebirds watching her boyfriend" Logan laughs. Eben and Brendan laugh as I roll my eyes playfully
"Shut up Logan" I giggle
Soon enough they start singing the last song of the night
"Ok come on" Eben says wheeling me backstage
Brendan turns the camera on and starts filming me and sometimes the boys.
The song comes to an end and I let out a shaky breath. This is finally happening
"Ready" Logan smiles
"Mhm" I smile and watch them bow
"Before the show ends" Corbyn says
"We have a tiny surprise for Daniel" Jack smiles looking at Daniel
"Huh" Daniel says confused
"Just turn around" Jonah laughs as Zach turns him around the opposite way of me
Corbyn gives us the thumbs up and Logan wheels me on stage with Brendan following with the camera recording. The fans starts cheering louddddd. I literally feel like I'm gonna go deaf. But I can't help but smile so big and look at Daniel waiting for him to turn around
Zach spins him around to face me and his eyes go wide. He drops the microphone but Zach catches it and laughs. His jaw drops and he covers his mouth completely shocked. I smile and pull my body up off the chair. The fans start cheering louder and louder. Even the boys are shocked at this point.
I take a wobbly step towards Daniel. I feel like I'm gonna fall....
