Sarah's pov:

Me and Klaus got back together just a few months after Kacy was born. He still hasn't held her for not even a few seconds and even refuse to feed or see her when I have something to do.
Today it was Kay's fourth birthday. (Kay= nickname of Kacy).
I had bought her a cake and presents. She was so happy. We had a small party just me, my mom and Kaden. My dad left us when I was 10 years old and Klaus was at his art studio doing whatever he wanted to do. She opened her presents and was so happy when she saw that most of them were painting supplies. She also loved the teddy bear that her Grandma has given to her. She was holding it everywhere she went. After the small party, we went to the living room to watch a movie while Kay was painting in front of us on the small table. I didn't see her when she left the room because I was really distracted by the TV.

Klaus's pov:

I was laying on the couch in my studio where I usually rest when the door opened and Kacy came in smiling. She had a big Teddy bear in her hands that was almost the same size as her. I watched her carefully while she was trying to get through the little space that was between the couch and the small table I had there. The table was small enough for her to reach and sat on it.

- Hey daddy.

She said.

- Hey.

- Grandma bought me this bear. Look, daddy. Do you like it?

-No.

I said to her and she frowned.

- But why not?

-Cause it's ugly.

- It's not ugly.

She said to me. She put the teddy bear aside and got up and tried to sit next to me, but I pushed her and she fell, hitting her head on the table, but not falling completely to the ground. I think I pushed her kind of hard cause her eyes filled with tears and she started crying. I didn't move. I just watched her annoyed till Sarah came and saw her on the ground between the table and the couch. Kacy was the only one who could fill in such a small space cause she was very small for her age. She immediately went to pick her up worriedly looking at her.

- What happened?

-She fell.

I told her.

- And you couldn't pick her up or watch if she was hurt?!

She said annoyed at how calm I was.

- I have told you that I want nothing to do with her so can you please watch her and don't let her here again.

- You are so pathetic.

She said to me.

- Yeah, yeah. Get her out now. Can't stand her anymore.

Sarah's pov:

I picked Kay up while she was crying on my shoulder. I took her downstairs to the kitchen.

- What's wrong?

I looked behind to see my mom standing there.

- She fell.

- Oh is she okay now?

She came closer and started stroking her face which always calmed Kay down immediately.

- You wanna tell Granny what happened?

- Daddy pushed me and I fell.

She said and I looked at mom in shock.

- She has started to lie in such a small age. Watch out Sarah cause you aren't raising her right.

I looked behind my mother and there stood Klaus leaning on the doorframe smirking.

-Klaus, what the hell did you do that for?

I asked him angrily.

- What me?! She slipped and fell.

He faked being hurt by my accusation.

- Of course, she slipped. Every child with you just slips, especially when the child is not Grace.

I said to him not believing a word he says.

- Yeah, yeah. Believe whatever you want, love, but she actually slipped.
