"The both of you," Farkle admitted.

"Why?"

"I know we're good friends and all, but I've always considered you a bit of a threat. Just like I know you've always considered me a bit of a threat," Farkle said.

"Yeah, you keep me up at night," Lucas said.

"But now, I realize one of you is actually the solution to my Riley - Maya dilemma," Farkle said. "Actually, Gabe is the solution to my dilemma."

"How?" Gabriel asked.

"I just never asked one out because I knew it would break the heart of the other," Farkle explained.

"What if I ask one of 'em out?" Gabriel asked.

"Bye - bye, I get the other one," Farkle said.

"What if I ask the other one out?" Gabriel asked.

"Hello, I get the first one. How long do you wanna keep doing this?" Farkle asked.

"Well, what if Lucas and I ask them both out?" Gabriel asked.

"Is that an actual question?"

"When are you going to ask one of them out?" Farkle asked.

"Maybe I will someday," Gabriel said.

Maya and Riley approached the trio.

"Hey, Midget," Maya said.

"Hey, Maya," Gabriel said.

"You wanna go out with me?" Maya asked.

"Excuse me?" Gabriel asked, confused.

"Do you wanna take me to a movie and put our hands in the popcorn at the same time and see what happens, or what?"

Farkle ran over to Riley.

"Okay, you and me 'cause I don't care," Farkle said.

Riley stood there, shocked.

Gabriel walked across the hall from his apartment to the Matthews' apartment.

Cory was the one who opened the door.

"You."

"Yup," Gabriel said.

"Auggie's not home right now," Cory said.

"I'm not here for Auggie."

"Riley's not home either."

"Hi, Lucas," Riley said from behind Cory with Maya at her side.

"That's right, I lied right in yo' face," Cory said, pointing at Gabriel.

"Actually, Mr. Matthews, I'm not here to see her either," Gabriel said.

"You're not?" Cory asked

"You're not?" Riley said.
