Chapter One: Sidemen FC vs Youtube Allstars

Y/N's POV

"Welcome everyone to the third Sidemen FC vs Youtube Allstars charity match!" The crowd around us cheers. I take a deep breath, everyone here was so intimidating, everyone here is who I dreamed off. The fans were clapping and yelling names of their favorite youtubers, I even heard a lot of mine in there."Let's start with Sidemen FC! First we have Ethan!!" A guy named Ethan ran through, this team and everyone in the stands clapping him on. I was in the last of my line. I'd be the very last player called. I was apart of the Youtube Allstars, the guys tried their best to make me feel like I was apart of their team, but no matter how hard I tried I knew I was differnet, so differnet. I twirled my hair nervously, so many people were counting on me, so many people. I looked down at my hands, they were shaking. I felt tears fill my eyes, I'm not supposed to be here. All these amazing soccer players ran past me. "And now the Youtube Allstars" I lazily stick my arm out sniffling, "Calfreezyyyyy!" The announcer kept switching back and forth between our actual names or our youtube names. Callum ran by high-fiving everyone's hand, he high-fives my hand and stands in line next to me. I look up at me and he winks. He turns to high Callux, I quickly stick out my hand before he get's to me, just in time. Everyone had huge smiles on their face, everyone was so excited. Before I know it, i'm the only one standing, i'm the only one left. "Now we have the newest member to Youtube Allstars. She is the only girl here! And might I say representing all the girls well! Welcome Y/N!" The whole crowd erupts. My heart starts pounding hard, so many people counting on me. I run down the line high-fiving all my teammates, all the people who want me to succeed. I look up into the crowd, I wave shyly. Everyone erupts in cheers. Both of the teams walked to their certain bench. Everyone started discussing the line-up. "Y/N want to start on left defensive?" I nodded and smiled, even though I felt like I was going to puke, I can do this..."Captains!" Yelled the refs. Everyone looked around. Everyone's eyes settled on me, "Guess we found our captain." Said Joe. He gave me a smile, I ran off, but before I did he gently pushed be forward, "Go get em kid." I smiled on the way over, I can do this. There was two boys, and a girl ref. The girl starts talking, "Hi. Why don't you two introduce yourselves." The man with blond hair walked up to me with a huge toothy grin on his face. His hair peaked up, he had piercing blue eyes. He holds out his hand, still smiling, "I'm Simon." I froze, quickly do something! Anything! "I-I-i'm Y/N!" I shook his hands, they were warm but not sweaty, comforting. Instead of going back to his side, he stood next to me. He was so tall, he seemed to be 6 feet. I was so short compared to everyone else. "Heads or tails?" The women ask Simon. "Tails." They flipped the coin in the air, it landed on tails. He picked ball first. "What side?" The women asked me. I stared at the field, I pointed to the side that the sun was on, so the sun wasn't in our eyes. "T-T-That o-one!" I rubbed my arm nervously. "Thank you!" I smile nervously. I turn around but I suddenly feel a warm hand on my shoulder. I took a deep breath and turned to see Simon looking down on me, his blue eyes sparkled in the light, his blond hair looked even blonder with the light hitting it. He lifted his eyebrows looking at me, "Don't be nervous." His lips slid into a small smile, "You'll do great." I nod, but I felt tears swell up in my eyes, "Th-Thanks." My voice cracked. His smile faded slightly, "You love football right?" I nodded, I felt my ponytail hit the back of my neck gently, "Then just go play it. It's just another game. You're on this team for a reason." He forms a goofy grin, "Kill it." He runs off backs to his team. I felt a toothy grin just like his come upon my face, I actually felt more excited. Still super nervous, but not as bad. I can do this....I can do this. I run back to my team and tell them that they have ball first but we got the side we wanted. Everyone cheered. We put our left hands into the middle, because it was closer to my heart. "ONE! TWO THREE! YOUTUBE ALLSTARS!" Everyone in the crowd arrests with cheers. We all run onto the field, some of us waving our arms to get everyone hyped. "ONE TWO THREE SIDEMEN!" The other boys ran on to the field, I couldn't help but notice Simon. He was striker. I had to go against him. I felt my nerves coming back. I looked around the crowd, so many posters, so many people with so many differnet lives, so many just here to watch us...the whistle blew, before I knew it we were off. Simon made a pass back to some other guy on his team, he took it for a dribble, doing a move around Chris. He sent his wing on a run. It was my side, I was supposed to pressure. My legs took over, the guy was about to cross but I blocked it, making it go out on the goal line. This meant it was going to be a corner kick. I ended up marking on Simon, he may of been way taller than me, but there was so way I was letting him get this ball. He looked down at me and flashed a smile, I couldn't help but give one back. Josh was taking the corner for them, the ball whizzed in the air, it was coming for me and Simon. The ball came low, he was so close to the net, the tiniest tap would make it go in. We collided at the same time, his foot connected first with the ball, but mine hit last, I deflected it out of play. I landed hard on the ground, but Simon was still standing. He didn't push me literally at all, if anything I hit him. The light blue sky was above me, but suddenly a worried face filled that vision. Simon held out his hand, "You okay?" I smiled and nodded, "Perfect." I stopped Simon from scoring, I heard he was such an amazing striker! I can't believe this just happened. The crowed erupted. Simon's hand was smooth, hot, but not sweaty. He squeezed it as he let go, and ran back to his position. I smiled as he ran off, this was fun.
