4 Days Later
We were sitting in the meeting room. Meeting with the biggest connect we have.
"So when the shipment arrives, both our men will be there to receive it." Lamar says
Lorenzo added on. "Then they bring it here and we we get 70% and y'all get 30%. But then we flip it,"
The Russians nodded. "Sounds good."
I was rubbing Lourdes belly.
"So where's the contract?" The Russian asked
I slid it to him. "Just sign at the bottom."
He signed the looked at Lourdes. "Congrats on the baby."
She smiled. "Thanks."
"So when do the shipment arrives?" The Russian ask.
"Well It should be Tomorrow, a-". That's when Lourdes started talking to me
"Baby, My-". I cut her off
"One moment Bae, like I said." I continued talking to the Russian and Lourdes kept tapping me.
She stood up and groaned. "My fucking water broke!"
Everyone got quiet and looked at her.
"Someone get me to the hospital!" She demanded
Everyone started running like a chicken with their head cut off.
I scooped her up. "I'm sorry for not listening."
I put her in the car. Lamont and Leon hopped in with us.

"Ughhhhh you just had to get me pregnant! I need drugs!!!!" Lourdes yelled
I started rubbing her. "Baby it's going to be fine."
She pushed me away from her. "Someone find me a rock, I'll smoke that bitch to stop this pain!"
Everyone started laughing. My mom walked in with ice chips
"Here you go sweetie, Chew on these." My Mom started feeding her the ice chips
Then that's when Lourdes started crying. I got close to her.
I grabbed her hand. "Bae what's wrong.?"
"I've been in labor 12 hours now, I'm in pain and I'm hungry." She wiped her eyes
I kissed her cheeks. "It's okay baby. I just sent my sister to get the Doctor."
Her grandma and my mom was speaking calls things to her. That's when the doctor came in.
"Hello Ms. Williams let's see how far you dilated." The doctor says as she checks
I rubbed her hand. "Well it seems like you ready to push. Only four people can be in here." The doctor said
Lourdes and I looked at each other. "Of course Christian, But Ms. Combs, and my grandparents."
Everyone gave us hugs and left out. I held her hand.
"Okay on the count of 3 I want you to push for 10 seconds." The doctor says
I kissed her. "You can do this."
"One"
"Two"
"Three"
She was pushing and squeezing the hell outta my hand.
"Keep pushing his head is almost out!" The doctor says
She started yelling. "Oh my god!"
"My hand ! My hand! Baby please ease up." I whined trying to pull my hand back
Next thing you know, I hear cries. I looked up
"Congrats on your beautiful baby boy." The doctor laid him on Lourdes chest.
Her, my mama and her grandma was crying.
I leaned over and kissed her. "Thank you so much, I really love you. You gave me the best gift in the world."
She smiled.
