Learning To Understand What Couldn't Be Understood

Chapter Six

Holy shit, I cannot believe Luke and I almost kissed.

And me staring at his lips across the dining table, isn't helping me any.

Like seriously he just cut his hair, it look so handsome and those blue eyes? Damn Luke being chiseled by the gods.

I wonder if he's starting testosterone, probably not since he just moved here.

I mean he already looks pretty masculine just cutting his hair.

I then see that he noticed me staring at him and he winks, I turn my head to hide my blush; I think he didn't notice that.

I turn my head back, and see my mom give me a questioning look.

"Y'all have so much sexual tension, please work it out outside of the dinner table." She calmly says and Luke snorts, then I blushed like a mad man.

"I agree honestly." Luke says, and looks straight at me.

AND HE'S SMIRKING AT ME,how the hell did that bastard get so damn cocky?

                   Luke's POV

"Ah, I'm done, I should be heading home now, its quite late being-" I check my watch,"For it being nine thirty. Thank you so much for having me Xions mom." I say politely.

"Luke, call me Viviana." she says.

"I'll see you tomorrow Luke." Xion says, I furrowed my brows when I saw him frown.

Come on Luke, you gotta get home.

I scurry home trying not to thinking of running back to Xion, I was really weak for this boy.

I walk into the door right at ten o'clock.

And see my dad sitting on the couch near the door,"I understand you were at Xions, but for six hours?" he asks.

"Dad, I've known him for two years and I've only spent a few hours with him physically." I make an excuse.

He sighs,"I'm guessing you've had dinner?" He asks.

"Yes," I respond.

"I'm gonna head to bed, way past my bedtime. would've gone to bed but I wanted to see you home before I did. love you Luke, goodnight." He says.

I head towards my room, I open the door and walk straight to my bed and plop down on it, lord; this bed is amazing.
