It is every moment that is unique and can add up to an even more extraordinary experience. These moments right here are what make up life, because life is just a series of moments, both good and bad, that make us learn from our experiences and encounters with people. These last few moments with you are what I want to remember, regardless of the impact it may have on the both of us. I want to remember the cup of tea that you would make me in the early morning, so that I would feel better and that I would feel warm. I want to remember laying next to you and hearing your every breath. I want to remember waking up to seeing your smile and feeling so happy that I would be the very cause of it. I want to remember everything I could about you, because I know that eventually you will not be there. I want to remember your warm hugs that always made me feel so protected, as if nothing could harm me. In your presence, I felt honoured and secure. In your absence, I will have to find something else to make me feel as secure as I was with you; but I really hope I get to see you soon before I have to start seeking for that security. Thank you for only providing good moments, laced with happiness and laughter, and I hope that in your absence only that is remembered.
